Been using American Muscle since I have had my Mustang and I have never had any fitment issues with oarts or even a single defect. Customer service is super knowledgeable and helpful. Always happy with this site and will continue to buy my parts and upgrades through American Muscle!
The customer service is great, but I was disappointed with the Fed Ex delivery and then when we opened the boxes the wheels were not the style I ordered, and the size was wrong and wouldn't fit on my car. We had to go through the return process which takes a bit, having to take photos of everything from the boxes, labels and tires/wheels. They were nice enough to set up a pickup, so we didn't have to lug them back to Fed. Ex.
I ordered a tuner got it and then couldn't get a tune for my car. After about of month going back and forth, I returned and got my refund. But my project just set there waiting.

Not sure why this catalytic converter can't have the same exclusion that EVERY other description has across the web. It makes no reference to CARB compliance and even gives a shipping time.

Promising that my order would be arriving on a certain date but nothing came. Maybe its time to look in another direction for aftermarket parts.

I haven't purchased a lot from AM, but for the times I have ordered, my questions have been answered promptly, fully, and honestly.
Ordered Wednesday, paid in full, call Friday, they had an "error" with my card… didn't have any error taking my $300+ when I ordered. Needless to say I will not be buying anything from American muscle in the future.

I like having a place I know I can get good parts. Shipping is a little long so the weight is tedious but once they get there at least they all fit properly. I will and have recommended them to others.
My prior experience was $#*!ty. Placed a $2k order... only to see a catalog show up the same day advertised the same product for literally like ½ price. Was told by a sales representative that id fet his discount as well as other discounts etc... long story short I paid almost double what the catalog advertised the price to be. In the end... they 100% made it right. They gave me a better price than even the catelog and refunded me the difference. I've bought from am for over 10yrs. Thats why I keep coming back. They will make good on theyre prices... and they will stand behind their products. Regardless of my 1 bad experience, a bad experience that was made whole... ive had MANY other great experiences. Hood was delivered dented an some minor scratches. Also the center scoop vent is warped an does not fit properly in it place.
I ordered A set of BBK high pressure fuel rails when I went to install them they we defective leaking fuel, I placed any ordered plus paid for overnight shipping so I could speed up the process and when that set arrived same issue as the 1st set.now I am out almost $700 and my build want be finished in time for the Mustangs at Daytona on the 20th of October

I ordered and paid for a Hurst shift knob. Paid extra for 2 day air only to open the package to find that it was clearly someone else's return. It was scratched up, with nicks and even a little chip of the shift knob missing. VERY POOR experience. American Muscle needs to do better. Was considering ordering my upgrade parts for my engine ( Super Charger, cold air and long tube headers) but if you can't quality control a shift knob…… I am not convinced buying thousands of dollars of upgrade parts is a good idea. Prove me wrong!

Apparently you can't program to key fobs- when you program one you over ride the other. This would have been nice to know as I already have a key fob- just wanted a working back up which isn't functional with this product How do I get a refund?
