Orders are usually double boxed. This Pypes Performance Exhaust was in the product box and looked like it was a return item that had been dumped into the sloppily retaped box without the proper packing inserts. The Performance Exhaust was banging around and loose with distinct metal on metal clanging that couldn't have been missed when prepped for shipping. Very disappointed.I have frequently bought my son gifts from this website without a hitch, but this was completely subpar. Epic fail on restocking and reissuing products without quality control assurances. I would like to return for suitable replacement.

My experience with this company is absolutely horrible. I ordered a MAF sensor from them Wednesday paid for overnight shipping $287 and they can't find it because somebody at the warehouse stole it. Now I'm being charged and I have to wait over a week for investigation because their company can't seem to get their act together. In the meantime I ordered rims and tires as well I canceled the tire order because they can't seem to find out where the sensor is and I'm about ready to send back the rims because I don't want to deal with a company who's so unscrupulous they can't find out where the parts are that I payed for. Doing business with this company is the worst event I've ever had to deal with buying parts for my car. I will make sure to inform everybody I know of my experience so they don't fall into the same trap of being lied to and parts stolen from. Also if you call customer support and ask for supervisor George he doesn't have the courage to get on the phone. He just tells the agent we have a process so if you think you're going to get to a supervisor if you call them good luck there are none.

You should get an email link requesting photos of what you did receive then after the photos are uploaded you will get your return label and QR code that you can print or scan with fed ex.
