When I checked out to complete my purchase, expedited shipping was offered for an additional fee. I paid the fee with the expectation that the product would arrive on the date that was stated for paying the extra fee. It did not get delivered on that date. It arrived when I would have received it without paying the extra fee. Luckily I was refunded the extra fee but I feel like it shouldn't be offered to pay a fee to receive the product on a certain date if you aren't guaranteeing that the product will arrive on that date.

Gold customer, had issues with the bama tune but there was a quick turn around once I requested help from AM. One thing I can suggest if possible to AM, is if there's a way when you order these tuners to make the tune request email show up in people regular mail box instead of the filtered promotions folder in email. This caused me to miss it for a week until the order arrived and I couldn't understand why my tunes weren't there. Obviously user error on my end, but if there's a way you guys can mark the tune request emails to not get filtered, it would be helpful! All in all happy with the purchase, item and quick turn around once I requested support.
All items arrived within a week of ordering! I was able to order brakes, side skirts, and a reverse light for my mustang and they all came in great shape!
