I have bought several things from you guys in the past couple of months first of all I just ordered a new set of headlights LED installed them as soon as I get them today go to turn them on the right one all it does is blink will not stay on not unless you hold the wire Secondly, it was two days late, which I understand that you cannot control FedEx, thirdly I purchased an American muscle antenna to replace my stock one, but upon receiving and installing it, it does not work at all nothing but static I had to reinstall my old one just so that I can listen to the radio. I understand that you do not control all the craftsmanship but where is the equality control? Nowadays money just does not grow on trees. I would love for someone to please call me or email me back with a solution, please.
First American Muscle has a great website and easy ordering procedures. Delivery is also fine. The issue here is the door guards 3M tape was absolutely weak and did not stick well even after light heating. I had to add an epoxy and it still is not sticking well. Now I have glue stains under the door guards so have to work with it.

My only concern is if it can be made a little more clear that the 10 percent coupon on the item page is only for full price. Although my item wasn't as expensive as other items it was a little discouraging that i couldn't apply my 10 percent off on open box items. Other than this i'm pretty happy with the follow up email i received about an opportunity to recieve store credit for submitting an installation video

Ordered what I thought was a kit for front and rear end links based on title and description of the item I thought it would be both end links for front and both end links for rear. Item is not that and decided to go a different route

This is going to be a good one. First off, I have bought about 5 different items for my challenger and all have been in good condition. Recently I purchased an "American Muscle" decal for my front windshield that was on clearance. I bought it not so much to rep the company but I believe that the newer Challengers are one of the last few muscle cars that we have left. Anyways when I received my package a wadded up decal was inside (see image). Apparently someone else ordered this decal, didn't like it, wadded it up and returned it to American Muscle. In fact, the wadded up decal was returned using the buyer's RMA paper. I am extremely dissatisfied with 1) the fact that anyone in their right mind would even ship this out and 2) the return service with American Muscle. I did the online chat and the representative told me that they would credit my account and no need to return the item. Within hours of the chat, I received an email that stated I needed to return the item for a refund (less the shipping). I call BS. 1) Why should I have to return a wadded up piece of junk and 2) eat $4.00 worth of shipping on something that should not have been shipped out in the first place? They gave me a $10 store credit to be used within 30 days. I have no desire to purchase anything from them ever and will find a different vendor to deal with after this experience. I shipped the item out a few days ago and have yet to receive any credit to my credit card.
