I placed an order online. I had questions about a specific part. I contacted customer service through the chat. They recommended I talk with someone so I called in the person. I spoke to said he needed to give me a link so he could get credit for talking to me he did not include all the parts in my order That I had in cart resulting in the installation portion not be included in the final purchase price, but hey, I'm sure he got his credit and his commission won't be returning to the website or at least won't be calling in for help anymore!

Out of stock items 12+ week waiting period. Not good. To me 12+ weeks could be 20 weeks or more. Maybe even 40 or 50. Why would i want to lock myself into an option like that?
