I had so many high hopes going into this company around 4 months ago. They had everything I wanted what could go wrong? Well, everything. I have written a review before concerning this company and it was in mistake of the returns which they soon helped and reached out to make correct which ended in me giving a higher rating. If I listed everything that has gone wrong with this company it would fill a book at this point. Descriptions being wrong, not getting sent the hardware for a part that is clearly needed yet they don't sell it. When the description says it needs a little modification it really means just swapping your engine. Every single order I received had some sort of problem when fitting onto my car. Not to mind I try reaching out to their chat team and they either don't know or try lying to me telling me it'll work when it won't and doesn't, because I had already bought it based on what the description says. Now I'm waiting another week longer after probably over waiting for this project by two months just because nothing ever worked out. What am I waiting for? The new manifold bolts that didn't come with the new manifold for some reason? And yet they aren't on the page whatsoever? Also. I ordered a little cheaper of a part because it had scratches on it compared to the brand new but when I received that it had a massive cut in the side of a fuel rail which I'm just praying doesn't have a leak because I just want this to work finally. Throttle body? Yeah no bracket doesn't work neither did it even fit the elbow they said it would. Elbow not fitting over the fuel rail causing it to need a spacer which causes it to hit my hood making me need a new hood or to just cut it out we'll see what happens at this point. Sorry for my rant, I'm just so annoyed with this company at this point. It's getting ridiculous and wish I never bought the first part from here.
Control arms came without bushings got in contact with customer support. They helped me out greatly.

I called and needed a new battery. The guy I spoke to was super nice and helpful. The transaction was complete within 10 minutes. He said the battery would be here within 3-4 days, it was here the next day! Thanks for the quick turnaround!
Shipping and customer service where excellent as usual only problem was with the spoiler having no directions on install it was a nightmare

Ordered koni shocks and struts. Every box was damaged and held together with duct tape and was missing equipment in the boxes. Been currently waiting almost a month to get the parts im missing and have been on hold 30-45 mins every call

I ordered 3 things. Wheel spacers and lug nuts. 2 of the spacers didnt fit and they sent me wheel spacer nuts, not wheel nuts.

Needed special request, a part that comes as a set. Only needed one due to lost from car. Customer Service Rep. Went out of way to check returns, clearance and open box to see if one was available. There was not however and I just ordered the set again. I just think the extra effort for an unusual request was great! Thank you

You sent me the wrong item and after informing you, I'm waiting for some tech team to "evaluate" what was sent before I can get a return label and actually receive the item I ordered. I'm not happy. I called to find out which would be the biggest tires I could fit in a rim 19x9.5 and they gave me the answer and much more I was expecting including a way of how to measure and compare tire sizes. Thanks to Rob H and Richard S to help me placed order using store credits
The experience was very easy to buy. Only problem was that the spoiler came all scratched and beat up
Paid for expedited delivery supposed to receive Thursday 3/20/25 and is showing 3/21/25 Not acceptable I want my shipping charge refunded to my credit card
I tried 3 times to purchase a $100 gift card, twice via the internet and once via your sales rep over the phone. I received two different order numbers each time I attempted to make the purchase; one with a note saying the order was being processed and another one saying my order had been canceled. I don't understand why this is so hard. After 3 attempts, I have decided to look elsewhere for a gift. Disappointing to say the least.
I would've gave a five star review, but you do not have a window screen for my car all other spots I've ordered from always sent a window screen to advertise
These louvers I ordered (x2 different occasions, 2 different gt's) just don't fit the curvature of these windows on my 2021 GT. The 3M tape supplied does not hold. I love the style, so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Also, one louver came with an inch scratch
Let see i oder rims tires and the sensor for the wheels they put it all together and shipped every so it said got everything really fast like in 3days put them on the car and on Monday took the car to gm dealer to relearn tire pressure sensors, I found that they'd never put the tire of pressure sensors in the wheels, so I called they said they were sending me sensor here it is almost a week gone by still no shipped date for them not happy with the service at this point...
