Customer service is almost is non existent today but not at American Muscle. I called to purchase 4 new tires and wheels for my 2020 Mustang. Customer service was excellent. (Mike Lyons) All of my questions were answered quickly and correctly. No pressure with friendly; knowledgeable service. Mike got my order in the system and on it's way. Great experience.

My son purchased some "open box" hot rod cams from AM. They literally chucked the bare cams in a large box and threw some packing paper in. When I picked them up from the front porch after being delivered, it sounded like church bells clanging. Horrible and inexcusable. Any performance parts seller would know that's definitely not ok. He then, against my wishes, purchased a SCT tuner from them with "lifetime" bama tunes. It infuriates me when I hear his car cold start in the morning, screaming to 3000+ rpm. He's still going back and forth with bama, Apparently AM has purchased BAMA and they've lost the people who know (or care) to fix a problem. They're telling him that high idle is "normal" and basically tough s**t. It revs to 3000 rpm then dies. NICE TUNE! Also, drop shipping from the manufacturer is NOT "in stock". Do better and hire some decent employees who have the knowledge to help a customer.
