Experience was fine except that I ordered two struts at the same time, but they had two diferent confirmation numbers and were delivered on two different days.

Springs are delightful. Put them on my 2018 daytona and to my surprise it actually feels like they handle better than my original springs. Apart from that it lowers the car to the perfect height. 10/10

The headlights came in really great condition no scratches or dents.

I bought a convertible top from them at the beginning of December and it was installed at the end of February and now two months later the window stitching is falling apart. I contacted American Muscle and was told that they only warranty the part for 30 days I was told to contact Robbins Tops and they would handle the warranty because that is where they get their tops from. I reached out to them and sent copies of the invoice and pictures to both Robbins Auto Tops and American Muscle. I was told they would look into this and reach out to me. I contacted both of them a few days later and have had no response. I contacted them both again now a week later no response from either. I should have just bought it off Amazon because at least I could have returned it or bought it from another manufacturer that will back the products that you purchase that are defective.

I love American Muscle. If I need a replacement part for my Mustang I can usually find it on their website. Reasonable prices too

Site was easy to manuever through. The first item came in a timely manner, and the second was out of stock. It is expected to ship later in the month.

Item is for gen 2 mustang 2015-2017 only. You have to delete actuator/IMRC. It won't fit other years yet they will tell you it will fit. Instead of understanding the situation and admitting the wrong description of website about product and misleading team. Bobbie and the rest of the team kept saying our policy is 30 days. Is your policy also states the american muscle provides wrong info about the product they are selling. Then they advice go ask help from others or ford performance technician which i did and this is what they told me this part is only for gen 2 mustang. Nice way to keep a customer. Horrible absolutely Horrible

It was a great experience. I've ordered from AM for my other cars before. This time I was doing an order for the exterior appearance. I got bumpers, fenders, a hood and a spoiler. Only reason not 5 stars is not getting questions answered. I was having trouble deciding between two different items so I asked to make sure they would fit my car because it was unclear. After over a month of no answer I just went with the safe option I knew would fit. Hoping a 4,000 plus order will give me some stickers and some discounts on future orders.

Ordered from them in past. Great experience. This time, axel back exhaust came in mangled box and was bent and the lugs I ordered only had 19 in box.

Waited a long time for my taillights, when they arrived they were the wrong ones. Sucks.
