I purchased a spoiler from American muscle. The website clearly said that the spoiler would fit on my 2018 GT convertible. I am from Canada, so I had to drive to Plattsburg New York to go get the spoiler. I had to pay border fees to bring the spoiler to my country. Once I got home I paid a professional to install the spoiler. We use the template and used the instruction manual that was provided at first and spoiler seemed fine. We then drilled the holes as the template said to realize the spoiler did not fit, and there was no way to make it fit, we ended up calling American muscle, which then contacted the supplier that confirmed that the spoiler did not fit on a convertible. I was offered $60 for the inconvenience of having to drive to New York to pick up the wing and bring it back which I agreed to because I was trying to be reasonable as I wanted to send the wing back. I then contacted them to let them know that I had over $400 worth of fees to repair the trunk of my car that now looks like Swiss cheese because of all the holes in the trunk. They pretty much told me to F Off that I agreed to the $60 and I will not get anything else. Their mistake cost me a lot of money, and I can no longer use my Mustang as I do not have anything to cover these holes. I highly recommend not buying from them.

Didn't realize wouldn't be able to remove the circuit board from original key. Based on product description sounded like was just simple switch out. However with the 2014 key you can't remove the circuit board so this won't work.

Seems every time I order from you all there is a problem with shipping.

I ordered a used part and was very excited to snag a deal, the used part showed very light wear and tear and no major issues. Part got delivered to my home, open the package and come to find out AmericanMuscle sent me window vents for an unknown vehicle? Very disappointing to say the least and the representative I spoke to about the return said "this happens all the time". How can I shop with confidence in mind knowing that what I may order next may perhaps be an unknown part.

Pleased with order parts came quickly and were of good quality! Would buy from AM again!

I do a Google search for an obscure 2001 Camaro part; these people APPEARED to have it in stock. Pricey, but I need the part. Checked around, sounded like they would order fulfill in a couple days and a couple more days for shipping; so I ordered the part! This is where ANYTHING positive ends, and the horrors of dealing with these jokers begins.
First: No contact whatsoever for days! NOTHING! Finally, after about a week, I get a basic automated email confirming the order. (I'm already days behind now on the repair)
Second: No update or contact from them for another week! Send an email - "Where's my part?" - and get a "it's being processed" perfunctory, templated email response.
Third: Two plus weeks have now gone by… not a peep from them! Once again, I reach out - exasperated - and inquire about my part. Basically I got the same response, but I also received a "$10 voucher" for my "trouble. This only made me laugh… as who in their right mind is going to even remotely consider using the company - currently "persecuting" them - to make an additional purchase?!?
Fourth (and the final 'nail in the coffin'): Friday (30 days since I ordered the part) I yet again inquired about my part. (No longer exasperated, but angry) I received an email that NOW - magically - they found out from their supplier that the part is not expected to be shipped for another 28 DAYS!
TL;DR - DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS. There are tons of other companies, Amazon, eBay, etc. to be considered before you should still avoid these charlatans. (And, I found my part with a deeper search, and it's $10 cheaper WITH Expedited FedEx Shipping! I also received an email update virtually once a day until I received my FedEx tracking number!)
Again, avoid this "company" at all costs!

My first order from AM, and it worked out very well! The seat covers for my 09 Mustang couldn't fit better!

Shipping was quick. Product fit without issue. I would happily buy from again.

Product is excellent quality and arrived right on time.

To products are easy to order and product is true to description.
