The only problem l face was the catch can hoses were very shot l had to go to the store and buys new ones.
Most of the items I ordered said it could be 4-6 weeks before they shipped. Everything was shipped quickly (within 7-10) days. I even got items delivered on Sunday. Everything was packaged nicely to protect the products I ordered. I was able to track the progress from time of order to when shipped and the shipping was free.
Weather Tech floor mat came within two days of order, black fuel cap in three days of order.

I got it was easy to install I couldn't get the 3rd bolt aligned but the sound of the turbo is so crisp and you can finally hear it took me like 20 min

It's a fantastic look on my stang it's just I wish it fit better. I can't seem to get the end of the headlights to fully go in, and you have to finesse some of the clips, not as easy as it says it is. But overall looks good and I love it, just not the best quality on the strip and fitment.

I was at work and it was there when i got home I didn't even have to deal with driver so it was great
Purchased the front chin spoiler, open box, with some slight scratches. Received as expected without the screws, and some slight scratches. There was lots of packing paper in the box supporting the product, but they didn't wrap the three plastic pieces to prevent any more scratches from happening.
It was really easy. I had called with a question and the lady that helped me was such a joy to talk to.
