Won't receive item till - Saturday Apr 27 2024.
Called UPS, they said American Muscle did not have the package ready till Apr 24 at 8PM, which was past pickup time, with a confirmation number of when it was picked up. (see Photo 1)
Called American Muscle Support, got hung up on twice, and called back to get told "No refunds for overnight shipping" and blamed UPS. Even when they are at fault per UPS and per American Muscles internal shipping notification section (see photo 2).
Also, if your a veteran and you verify with the website, it's actually only a 5% discount, not 10%. 10% only on select few items.
This was my first and last purchase from American Muscle.
