On multiple occasions i've ordered items and received cracked, scuffed, or damaged products. A spoiler i bought had a totally different products mounting hardware, and another spoiler that says fits a convertible couldn't be further from the truth. Only two of the 6 holes lined up. I now am spending significantly more the get it professionally installed when it should have been a project that took me an hour in my own driveway.

Overall American Muscle has had the parts I needed at a competitive price. I did however submit 5 pictures to get a free item and have never received confirmation of that nor have I received it.

I had to buy another pair of headlights for my 2012 Mustang because the driver side had condensation in it and I wish American muscle would have taken some money off of 2 pair of headlights I just bought because the first ones I bought in late January 2024.

My first order with you guys and I don't have much input to start. I keep getting junk emails about my order that has nothing to do with my order. It just adds. Was hoping that I was getting a tracking order and that my order shipped. Nothing yet. Disappointing considering I need my order asap. My car is down and time is of the essence. LMR is usually where I shop because when I place an order the following day, it's being shipped.

Certified installed was 15min from my house. Also after a bad experience with wheels & tires bought from AM in 2018 (installer said it was the wheels, AM said once I got them they didn't certify anything) I would not have been willing to make this purchase without the certified install.
Products shipped and arrived really quick. Cant wait to put in the next order of modifications.
You email discount codes that can't be applied to an order. MDAY24 wasn't applied to my order. Credit balances shown in emails aren't available under my account when logged in. Will contact Pa State Attorney General's office. Extremely dissatisfied and will certainly not be quiet about it.

I receivedy Hellcat replica wheels with the Atturo AZ850 tires a day early. I had the tpms installed along with the free balancing.
The whole combination exceeded my expectations.
The tpms synced up almost immediately and the tires were balanced perfectly.
Reasonably quiet and handle perfectly.
I was s little apprehensive with the FedEx shipping, but they actually delivered everything to the correct location and door, plus a day early.
All in all, a great experience.
If you are on the fence, don't be. American Muscle knows how to pack wheels and tires to be intact when you get them.
Highly recommend them.
