I am a Bronze Star disabled veteran. I have been trying to make a purchase using my military discount but the verification is not showing even though I have received verification that I am a veteran. I was waiting for a product to go on sale and when I tried to purchase it while on sale my veterans discount did not show. By the time consumer service contacted me, the sale had ended. They tried to appease me with a small discount but said sorry about your luck for missing the sales price. My plan? I will contact every veteran organization I am a member of, to warn veterans about doing business with American Muscle.
I was on the site and they advertised a cold air intake for a really good price. It was close to $ 150.00 after everything I waited for 2 weeks to receive it. They didn't honor the order, stated it was an error, so they canceled the order an refunded my money. I feel they should have honored the price that was on the website. They didn't even offer a discount or coupon for their error. They should have honored the price and sent the item. All I got was a sorry there was an error. I will think twice before I will ever purchase from them again.
