Throttle body for 2006 mustang gt seems to be the fix. Only been a few hours but car runs smoothly. Will now more in the next 5-7 days. Shipping was as promised- one-day Shipping. I thought there may be a delay based on the email confirmation I received after ordering but there wasn't! Thanks for the prompt delivery!
The tech I talked to was very knowledgeable and succinctly answered my questions concerning fit of these wheels on my 2024 Mustang Ecoboost HPP. She recommended the correct tpms and lug nuts to go with them. The wheels arrived in a couple of days. I test fitted the rims on the car and they appear to fit correctly.
I click on C7 Corvette Torch Red, shows a picture of a Challenger. Then send me emails about my Challenger which I do not have, Calls it Torch Red which is a Corvette color. Click on an items and it keeps adding to the car. Your web site SUCKS in a major way. Told sales staff about it for months. Nothing ever gets fixed.
Had an issue with missing parts and received replacements but were damaged. Didn't bother to get anymore or refund. My loss their gain I guess. Only $9.99 anyway.
I got an email about my order not to thank me or confirm or give shipping date but to leave a review. This concerns me, I need info on my order not leave a review. When he opens his gift Christmas then I can leave a review.
Was told to order by this time to get it overnighted. Ordered it and was again notified it would be delivered next day. Shop was waiting with my car for a spoiler that never even shipped out the day it was supposed to arrive. Way to false advertise overnight shipping. Then use the excuse nothing ships same day. THEN DONT ADVERTISE IT!

I see the method of shipping selecting was standard but assume you are referring to the Get it by date listed on the website at time of order based on your delivery zip code. Unfortunately standard shipping orders take 24 hours to process before they ship therefor this shipped on 4/9 being delivered on 4/10 by Fed Ex. Absolutely Horrible Experience – Extremely Unprofessional If this was my first time shopping for car parts, I would never come back to American Muscle again—and honestly, I won't be. I ordered an engine cover for a 6-cylinder car, and not only did they send me the completely wrong item, but it didn't even come close to fitting. I took it to a body shop, and the mechanic literally couldn't do anything with it. When I called their customer service, the representative tried to convince me that the part would fit—until I had to send a photo of the mechanic physically unable to install it. Only then did they finally accept the return. Mistakes happen, I get that, so I gave them another shot and requested the correct part. Fast forward 8 days… and they sent me the same exact wrong part again. Unbelievable. On top of that, the photo of the item on their website looks NOTHING like what they shipped me. Misleading listings, terrible service, and no sense of accountability. Do yourself a favor and shop anywhere else. These people are unprofessional, careless, and clearly not interested in getting it right. Total waste of time and money

I have purchased a few thousand dollars worth from AA over the past couple years. Just got an open box splitter that was described as having some scratches. The clearcoat epoxy is cracked. This would take serious work to repair. I already have a Anderson Composites splitter I bought from AA but wanted this EOS as a backup.

Parts missing in the original order American muscle claims that the other item is being sent separate, which makes no sense since you're buying a kit, and there was no notification that part of the order was gonna be sent separate
What a nightmare :( not only did they send me the wrong part, but they really aren't even making this right. I had people at the shop I paid already to install and now I'm out money, and now I have to pay them a second time (thankfully they are giving me a discount) but I'm being punished for this companies mistake.

I purchased a re-boxed version of this item for a significantly lower price and supposedly the only issues were cosmetic. When I tried to install it, I couldn't get it to fit, I then inspected the part and found that the flange on one end was bent, something that should have been caught before shipping out to another customer. I returned the item and ordered a new unit, and this also would not fit, the item doesn't come close to being correct, too short and could never give the support it was intended to give, someone needs to do an investigation on this supplier to AM, I will go to another vendor to try and find a replacement part.

Online chat sucks and will give you bad info then close the chat with no notice. Then 300 for a few pieces of painted sheet metal to cover the calipers. Had they been listed accurately with photos showing how thin they are I would have not purchased them. Also your email will get spammed to death with this company. Good luck!

I tried 3 times to purchase a $100 gift card, twice via the internet and once via your sales rep over the phone. I received two different order numbers each time I attempted to make the purchase; one with a note saying the order was being processed and another one saying my order had been canceled. I don't understand why this is so hard. After 3 attempts, I have decided to look elsewhere for a gift. Disappointing to say the least.
I joined AM to facilitate the purchase of a gift certificate to be emailed to my son. I purchased a $100 gift certificate 3 times using PayPal. All three times AM concluded the sale and initiated processing to issue the gift certificate. Within minutes after consummating the sale, AM canceled the order and reversed the charges at PayPal. I chated with a live agent at AM and couldn't get an answer about what the problem is. Still wanting to get the gift certificate. I made the purchase using my credit card directly. To my surprise the scenario played out exactly the same way! But even more surprising AM locked my son out of his account and also locked me out of my 1 day old account! I have an excellent credit card history and am perplexed at AM's actions. What is going on? At the very least you owe me an explanation.

I'm am sorry to hear that your gift card orders where cancelled. American Muscle along with multiple other companies have security measures in place for our customers protection and the companies. We have no control over what orders get cancelled by our security system and there is no way to override the system. Which is what happened in this scenario. Unfortunately when this takes place we are given very little information around why it was flagged and cancelled so we are unable to give our customers a great explanation to prevent it in the future. We always suggest checking with your finical institution and make sure your billing information matches your method of payment.

Ordered an open box item that was not received as described. The item is extremely poor quality thin material, not strong ABS as it was described. Hardware was also missing, but the ad for this open box item said hardware was included and made no mention hardware was missing.
Customer service reps have been unhelpful. I want a full refund to my original form of payment and not be charged to ship this item back you. I have been ripped off by American Muscle, a company I've supported for years. I have NO use for store credit.

Your Website has way too many freeze, points, refusal to change credit cards, refuses to accept shipment changes, so I actually tried to undo my order but your site froze locking me out. A complete waste of time if you ask me.
Sold me something promising to deliver in a week. Then after taking my money told me it wasn't in stock and wouldn't be for 12 plus weeks. Still trying to get my money back for them selling me a product they did not have and could not deliver. Customer service was even worse

Normally you can contact your finical institution regarding this information as well and they can look into the authorization for you. Ordered koni shocks and struts. Every box was damaged and held together with duct tape and was missing equipment in the boxes. Been currently waiting almost a month to get the parts im missing and have been on hold 30-45 mins every call
