Some things are not included under prime so that is a bit of a bummer but most things I have purchased have been. I love the discounts on the books I order for my Kindle. I order many many books. I am very satisfied with the quality of all of my purchases. I can't speak on how returns are handled because I have never returned anything.

Easy to locate nearly any item. Prices are competitive. Most items displayed accurately and clearly. Because wife is somewhat limited in mobility, shipping is a very nice benefit.

The customer service is the best I've seen so far whether its helping locate a package or I ordered something by mistake they are always so nice and helpful and I see the results right away like when something got lost in the mail not only did they credit the item amount back to me so that I could re-order it they also gave me small discount on it with overnight shipping free of charge! Way to go amazon you guys rock!

I have had Amazon Prime for around three years now. As the majority reason for people getting Prime is for the two-day shipping, I'll focus on that.

Delivery: It's two days from shipment, not from ordering.
Returns: You may have to pay for return shipping if you simply change your mind and send an item back.
Third-Parties: If the item is not fulfilled by Amazon, you don't get Prime shipping.

Amazon prime has been great to have they ship things free of charge. This has been so helpful when doing Christmas shopping as well as things that stores are not selling. It is a little upsetting when they do not have something but that is only because we think they will always have it. Sometimes its a little hard to return things but otherwise they are awesome
