This is the best online commerce company. They deliver everything but the baby! They have it all. Food, toys, clothes, etc. Super fast shipping usually within 3 days of ordering! Very quick to credit your account if there is a problem with a product. I even got a hand written note apologizing for a problem I had with a product! What company does that? I am a huge book lover and I always use Amazon to order back titles, classics and any new releases. I am not really a fan of most modern literature so I am lucky they have a big range of options from the middle American history which in my opinion is the most vibrant literary period. Sometimes you find products listed on the site which are not sold directly by Amazon, mostly these are second hand books so watch out for that but normally it is really clear. Obviously the shipping varies because it depends where the seller is located, so if you need your book fast then order direct from the main website. What I really need to praise is the customer service. I bought a book and the post service messed up so it got sent back and the order was automatically refunded. When I went back to order it again (not Amazon's fault, right?) the price was higher. I emailed them and they agreed to sell me the book at the original price I would have paid. I don't know if they always do that but their service was awesome!

REALLY good place to buy text books! However, make sure to check the seller out! If it's an individual user, sometimes it's a little sketchy! I didn't receive one of my text books for over a month and I tried contacting the seller for quite some time and amazon couldn't do anything about it. Other than that, Amazon is the first place I check out when looking to buy books or electronics!

With this feature, I don't bother to go out in the 100 degree weather here in Texas to buy something at Target... I order it from Amazon... and its here in 2 days!

Endless probably comes before Zappos for me in some things. I think they have a better selection of shoes, and they're ALWAYS prompt in shipping. I really can't complain much about them. They've got the trend, cost, and customer service parts down.

Endless is what the name of it suggests! An endless array of shoooooes! But what's even better about it is the free overnight shipping... because a girl has to have the right pair of shoes and if it takes overnight delivery, well then heck yeah!
I've been a customer for over 10 years. And I've never had a bad experience. This is simply the best site to buy anything they are selling. The prices are very good, not always the best. You might get better deals on other sites, but its much more convenient to not have to create new accounts with other vendors, enter my credit card info, and possibly get sketchy service. I can look up what I am looking to purchase, read reviews to make sure I'm getting the best in class product, click and buy. Easy. Best of all it is at my door in 2 days (sometimes one) with Prime. No joke - I would say 90% of my discretionary spending is on amazon, from my TV and coffee maker to my underwear and socks. Also the customer service and return policy is great. My only gripe is that since I moved to New York I now have to pay sales tax.

Got to love Amazon. After my ebay account got hacked and paypal took it out on me, I moved to Amazon and really enjoy the products and the service. The reviews there are very helpful and the ratings accurate.
I love this site. I order diapers for my two children every week. I love getting home from work and having the diapers at my door at the best prices. No long lines at warehouse clubs, memberships, or coupon clipping. I also go ahead and order other things like wipes, shampoo, and even toothpaste. As a busy mom of three, this site saves me gas and time. The free shipping is also a plus!
The service is very nice. Return policy for the thing that you directly buy from Amazon is pretty amazing. However, they have started to add other sellers in the website which do not provide proper return policies. You might get trapped if you do not pay attention to whom you buy from.
As a buyer on Amazon.com I must say it is a great site. While buying on amazon you can sometime find a great deal. If buy some items from them directly as oppose to buying from sellers you have the chance of receiving the items within days of the purchase.
I must say to some point it becomes addictive due to their great quick and reliable services. Some special offers and discounts due come in from time to time that makes shopping at amazon a must.
I love Amazon. Just about everything you would want is on here. I have only had to complain one time and they fixed it immediately. Basically I pre-ordered a game and received it as promised. A week later it was $20 cheaper. I wasnt happy so i sent an email. Two days later i had $20 credit on my account.
The prime membership is the way to go, i am a student so i got mine free. Most everything arrives in two days thanks to my prime membership.
Roughly 50 orders over the last few years and am super happy with Amazon!
