I tell ya stay away from amazon at all cost mainly sellers, for i sold dozens of cool item s and didnt have a complaint one about my performance until someone trying to freeload came in and claimed never recieved item, which is a lie, for the post office found the evidence where it was delivered to this person, and i had tracking number, tried and tried to contact customer service kept getting the passoffs, frustrating and then they told me they didnt understand to avoid answering me, so i recommend ebay or similar first to sell product but still be careful, for they just make money and don't wanna deal on amazon, i don't mind buying stuff there occasionly for their great prices, but still i reported the problem and still got the passoff. Customer service is just bad quality and half the people turn a deaf ear!

1 - they really do have an endless selection of shoes, accessories, and purses. This is a great alternative to traditional shopping because I hate having to go to 5 different stores, sift through limited styles, and then still not find what I'm looking for. With endless.com you can put in a price range, color, style, and hundreds of results come up. It's just faster and more efficient than scouring stores for what you want.
2 - their free 2 day shipping has never been late in my experience. It's fast and FREE. So when I need/want something, I don't have to worry about wasting money on shipping on something that may not fit or look right when it arrives.
3 - free return shipping is also a huge plus with this site. Again, I have not had any problems with the return shipping or refunds.
This site was key when I needed shoes to go with my wedding dress. It was 2 weeks before my wedding day, and I didn't have the time or energy to map out shoe stores to find what I needed. Superb site for all sorts of stuff and so handy when you live very rurally like I do. Their wish list feature is a brilliant idea and has helped me no end when buying presents for my families birthdays etc as they live in the UK and I live in France. I recommend them to every one.

I have also ordered from the amazon marketplace and have gotten even better deals on occasion than what amazon's offering price for an item was. On eof the best things about this site is that they offer reviews on their items from the consumer so you can get an idea of what real people think of the item you plan on purchasing. This can be especially helpful if you are buying household or electronics of any kind. These reviews have made a difference as to whether or not I purchased an item. I have never had a bad experience with this site and will continue to utilize it for my shopping needs. Great site!
It's my favorite place to buy anything online. Extremely well put together site. I've spent more money on amazon than all the other sites combined. I've shopped with them for around 8 years. Pretty much anything you could want shopping wise you can order it on amazon. E-books, mp3's, digital games, android apps, clothes, books, cd's, furniture, etc. They have lately been pushing much harder into the digital distribution area with their mp3's and their cloud service. Like I said, my favorite place to shop.
I have been very satisfied with Amazon. I have bought Christmas gifts for my family and electronics for myself. I bought a Kindle and so far have been able to read for 0 dollars because they have so many out-of-copyright books. I had to return an item once that I bought by mistake and it went very smoothly. The shipping has mostly been free and the prices better than competitive.
Did you ever wonder why this site is the No. 1 on-line retailer? It has to be because they make sure the customer is satisfied. You have a problem? Contact them and its taken care of. That also happens to be the only area where you might run into a problem since they outsource their help to some Third World country where the help is apparently reading from a script if you call, and just send you a scripted comment if you write. Sometimes it won't even have a thing to do with your problem! This is the one area Amazon needs to improve upon. Otherwise, I can find items there I can't find elsewhere at a decent price - and always make sure to order at least $25 worth of stuff so I don't get stuck with paying shipping. No complaints about the service - I seem to order at least $100 worth of stuff from them per month. Now... if they'd just quit inundating people with ads for their Kindle - its the first thing you see when you go to the site - enough already!

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
