Amazon is always a pleasure--best selection, fast delivery. Sometimes the american site is less expensive to order from than the canadian (where i live) but that has more to do with american gov't subsidies than amazon itself.

I like to make the order worth $25 minimum for the FREE shipping. Very reliable, user friendly. Every time before I buy things at a retailer, I will still check amazon.com. As such a great site, I just wonder whether it works if I join this platform for sharing my musical instruments at www.alldaysmusic.com. Maybe it is worth a try.
When all goes well amazon is really good, but when their vendors don't hold up their end of the deal you can expect a wait of 2 months to try and receive some short of resolution for your bad service. Some of the market place company's are shady to the point one asked me to change my review since at the end of the day I received my money back from amazon. I told them I refused that they should of offered better service so that Amazon would not have to work so hard to fix their mess-up and bad service. Also Amazon make you leave a email and calls you back. Make sure u save the number they call you back on. You are going to need it. Lots of emails and phone calls later you, Amazon in good faith refunds your money. Just be prepared to wait.

Whether youre looking to get an iPod for $30 cheaper than Wal-Mart or a case for the iPod for $5 or looking to download a $0.99 MP3 song without having to spend 3 hours downloading iTunes, Amazon is the place to go. I always turn to Amazon before buying anything and they never fail to have stuff cheaper than stores. Well worth the 3 day wait to get something in the mail.
I was disappointed to see a lot of the reviews on here because my experience with customer service was exceptional.
My order was supposed to come in 3 boxes and expected to arrive prior to my move-in date. I contacted them and they offered to hold the delivery until my move in date. I received 2 of the boxes on the requested date of delivery. There was only 1 error and they refunded me for that item within 10 minutes of receiving my email.
I emailed them several times regarding the 3rd box and they have gone above and beyond. Each time, they replied within 30 minutes and worked with UPS to have it redelivered. This happened right around Independence Day so UPS was backed up and failed to keep their tracking information updated. However, Soap.com diligently contacted UPS for me to ensure the package is delivered. When it was delayed, they even gave me $10 so I could buy detergent to hold me over the weekend until my order came.
I experienced exceptional service. While their goods may not be any cheaper, the overall convenience is great and I think you can be sure to get great customer service. The reviews below state that customer service was bad but I feel they go above and beyond to try to make things right. There are probably way better experiences of good customer service... people only like to review bad experiences.
I'm an avid shopper off amazon.com. They have phenomenal customer service also! I love the free shipping through Prime as I order allot from this website and to pay an annual flat fee for free shipping is so worth it! I hardly ever purchase off Ebay as I find everything I need off Amazon. Buy with confidence!
I'm a Amazon Preferred Customer (or was at least) and I've never had issues with them. Walmart is panicking and they should. Amazon is so much better to the point they should serious consider opening up micro stores at least of their own.

Even when the postal service lost one of my very expensive DVD sets in the mail - Amazon replaced and shipped it overnight at no extra charge! They have wonderful customer service and prices - I always check there first when I need something specific.

When my first Kindle arrived and I could not get it to work, Amazon customer service walked me through the process, and when it still did not work, they replaced it immediately. Another time I had ordered a book, and it never came. After the time that it should have arrived, Amazon sent me another copy as quickly as they could. I can totally recommend their customer service.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
