Whoever wrote positive reviews regarding this so called company must have been paid to do so. I ordered close to one thousand dollars for a full outdoor patio set. I received the table after two mo this and numerous emails to so called Carrie from customer service. The chairs as I am being told are still sitting in a warehouse not even shipped yet. Each email I received from them had the same verbiage. Obviously they lack basic customer service skills. The Attorney General of the state I reside in and the 2 states where this company has locations in the US will also be contacted by me filing formal written complaints regarding customer fraud. Stay away from Alphamarts. I thing they deserve negative 10 stars but unfortunately that was not an option to submit my review

We purchased the PHI VILLA 3-Piece Rattan Outdoor Sectional Sofa. The order arrived on time and in good condition. The directions are not very clear, but my husband figured it out after about an hour. I wish the pillows had better stitching at the indented parts, but otherwise we are very pleased. A year later and everything still looks brand new! FYI: Our set lives on a screened in porch, covered from the elements when it's not in use.

I ordered a gravity recliner chair for $108.99 on 6/19/20, order # *******. They acknowledged my order and was told because of the virus, it could take up to 14 business days. On July 8th (14 days), I called and was told it is on a trailer to be picked up by UPS. Giving excuses of their process, the size of the box, etc, Today, 3 weeks from when I ordered, it is still at the warehouse. Cancelled the order and will purchase the chair from another company. Wish I had the reviews first! Don't make the same mistake!

This is the first time I use Alphamarts and their service are great! Affordable Price, user-friendly website, provides accurate delivery information and the furniture I ordered are in their best condition!
They deserve a 5 stars! Thank you!
P.S. Couldn't provide picture of my outdoor furniture because they're covered and It's raining.

Having a nightmare on a patio chair set order from them. I have gotten 5 different renditions blaming FedEX as to the staus my order which when I spoke to the shipper arrangements where never made to pick merchandise from the warehouse. Have repeatedly request cancellation and refund and keep getting told the order is in route which is not true. Another Chinese based company scamming good folks even though they have a Las Vegas, NV address.

Alphamart is the worst company i have ever dealt with.
They have no idea when my delivery was shipping, they sent me a Fed Ex tracking number, meanwhile Fed Ex never picked it up. I canceled my order by email as they suggest. They put it through anyway. Now they say i have to wait for the delivery and reject the order for me to get a refund.
I have been waiting over a month with no response from them.
I finally was able to speak with some one named Jessica, same person who leaves the the message on their voicemail.
This women pretty much started yelling at me saying there is nothing she can do. She wouldn't let me talk, screaming like a lunatic and then hangs up on me.
Please do not do business with ALPHMART!

Price was the main factor behind my purchase. Shame on Me! I have already purchased another item somewhere else and now will be waiting and hoping I get my refund from Alphamarts! After hearing from FedEx that my order had not been shipped yet, even though it was supposed to have been at my house 4 days earlier, I called Alphamarts to cancel it. I was told by the person who I spoke with that she would have "her colleague" get back to me with info on getting a refund within 24 hoiurs. Four days later, I get notice that FedEx has picked up my order and it will be arriving in another week! I called FedEx and asked them to stop the shipment, but was told only Alphamarts could do that. The company refused to stop the shipment, even though I had notified them to cancel the order 4 days earlier. Now they say I have to refuse the shipment when it arrives and wait even longer for my refund. And they just sent me a survey asking how I liked my purchase even though it isn't due to arrive for 5 more days! This company is shady, incompetent and unethical. STEER CLEAR!
