I ordered a gravity chair from AlphaMart on 5/21/20. On 5/3/20@~5:30pm I emailed them that I have yet to receive my item or that it was ever shipped. At ~10:30pm that evening I received an email that it was just shipped! The next day (4th) I received a reply from my email to customer service that it was shipped and it would take 2-3 weeks to arrive. I guess if I did not inquire about my order it would still be sitting in the warehouse waiting to be shipped! Fix your delivery system or hire someone who can properly manage it! I'm order another chair but this time from Amazon.

I was underwhelmed when the furniture came together. It's small and very low to the ground. I have only had it for one summer season and will like to replace with patio furniture for adults. You get what you pay for.
Placed an order and got an email said it was shipped via fedex. A week after still not delivered and no tracking history. Had to contact customer service multiple times and it took 3 (!) days for them to find out where is my order. Turned out that it was never shipped. Pissed off totally.
Heavy duty construction and comfortable easy to assemble cushions are nice and thick also would recommend
They did not deliver what was advertise. They took weeks to reply. They woint give me a credit. I paid to have the furnitiure put together so counkd ship ot back! All i wanted was a partial refund.

We had an issue with the canopy we had bought. Wind and rain tore it completely apart. AlphaMarts responded quickly to my email and replaced the canopy at no cost. Very happy with the service, will definitely buy from them again!

You guys had the only combo that would fit my space. It's beautiful and comfy and perfect! I can't tell you how many compliments we've gotten. It's just what this space needed!
With the help of one of the employees, I ordered 2 10 piece sectionals. She walked me through this and ensured me they would arrive on time. I told her these were for an event. She even made sure that dispatch was aware to ship these the next day. The dispatch team decided that it must have been a mistake that I ordered and paid for 2 of them, so they only sent me one. They decided on their own to make these ridiculous changes to my order. They refused to expedite anything to me to make up for it. It was a mess. Terrible customer service. Needless to say, I only had one sectional for my festival and I was not happy.
This were just what I had been looking for. They were one third the cost of others I had been looking for. The only complaint I have is that they are smaller than the measurements said. It could be that they measured from eyelet to eyelet but they definitely didn't measure the actual fabric length. It is about a foot and a half smaller.
Overall I'm happy with this product but there are a few things I wish I had paid more attention to. For one, this set is smaller than I thought it was. It still looks nice, and it might even be a good thing that it's not huge, but I was surprised by the size still. It does smell of plastic when you unpack it. I would recommend only using it in a well ventilated space and not a closed porch. Also, the seat cushions aren't super thick. They are comfortable, but if you're wanting something with plush cushions, you may have to buy them separately. So far I'm pleased with how this purchase turned out.
My patio umbrella works great and looks great BUT... I didn't get my promo code discount even after I spoke with a representative who said they would make sure to make the proper adjustments.
Ordered the 2 outdoor bar stools easy to put together just took some time doing it which is normal. Love them comfortable to sit in
I was shipped the wrong order. I have not been able to get in touch with anyone from the company besides a sketchy text message. I have called and emailed numerous times and I have not been contacted back. I have also responded back to the text and asked them to call me ASAP and that has never been done.
Fast delivery great buying process but after unwrapping everything can't assemble because the holes are in the wrong places. Very disappointed.
