I can't start to talk about how happy my wife and I are with the diamonds by the yard necklace we bought from Allurez. First of all the price is so much better than Tiffany's and other retailers. I got so much more bang for my buck! The necklace arrived in no time and I did not even have to leave my house. I was a bit hesitant at first but their easy return policy made the process so much more comfortable.
The necklace arrived in an elegant and presentable box.
We are now looking at the matching bracelet and will be making the purchase very soon.
My wife is telling all her friends to buy from Allurez.

The item received was a dolphin pendant, it was ruined, some features were completely botched, specifically the dolphin eye was disfigured, significantly altered compared to what's advertised. Add to that scratches, dents etc. Also it was way too long to receive. With shipping failed to occur when specified causing another few days of delays. I was forced to calle and ask why the status was still "waiting to receive the package" on the carrier's tracking page.

Ordered a necklace that took longer than the promised shipping time frame. When I say longer, I mean a whole month from order date to arrival. Oh and I paid for expedited shipping, which was not refunded back to me. Customer service is a joke, they never could tell me an answer or help me with this order. Then when I received the necklace it looked dull and dirty, so I had to clean it.

Overall just a horrible experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was very happy with the purchase I made to celebrate our anniversary. However, in 3 months a stone fell out of my wife's ring. I contacted customer service and to be brief, the ring is back and prongs appear tighter than before. And the procedure took place all within two weeks. Easiest customer service and repair process I've ever had with a company.

This was the second time I ordered something from Allurez.com and indeed it’s another very good experience. I wanted to buy a wedding ring for my soon to be husband that he can wear all the time. So I ordered this one. It arrived on the anticipated date and the product looked just as expected, beautiful.

I ordered the Diamond Heart Pendant through Allurez.com and trust me it was possibly the best decision so far that I took compared with my other online purchases. The size of the pendant was little bigger than what I expected it to be, which is a thing that I gladly accepted. It was a pleasurable experience ordering the pendant from Allurez. Im very happy with my purchase and for sure Ill come back again to Allurez.com to buy something else.

Allurez is quick to assist you make an order yet refuses to assist you after. This is a terrible company, I was very confident at first and after making my purchase and needing assistance they no longer replied or responded to me. The only assistance I received was the same cookie cutter response thanking me for my purchase and my patience.

I got exactly what I wanted at a much better price from a competitor. The item came as described. Customer service was excellent. They were honest about delivery. I called them to check on delivery, and they were able to give me exact shipping date. Gave shipping updates.

It took less than 24 hours from the time I placed my order until I was contacted by Allurez. I think that I very well may have received emails every day. Receiving the order--Day 1, Confirming the order and associated information--day 2... and before I knew it, my order was here! Beautifully boxed. Both my necklace and my earrings are spectacular! Should I feel the need to order myself more diamonds, I will definitely contact Allurez.

Unsatisfactory my order was not available then I I spent 900 euro on phone calls trying to rearrange a different model. Almost 2 months later when it finally does arrive I have to pay another 50 euro for delivery.
Bad service simpke

Product ordered did not match advertisement as far as size of stones and the necklace pendant.

I left several emails with a request for a personal phone call rather than just an email and I did not receive one.

I would still appreciate a phone call discuss what happened.
