Can you share a success story using Allurez?

Very difficult. They either don't answer, or answer and then never get back to you. There is no accountability in that place it seems. I have tried e-mail, phone, text this week to get the status of my jewelry repair and can't get a hold of anyone. I'm going to tell Discover that they have the jewelry back in their possession and to make my temporary credit a permanent one.

I'm so sorry to hear about your experience Darrell. I didn't have any issues with the setting I ordered on March 12,2021. Actually, the 3 stone platinum engagement ring I selected matched perfectly with the GIA certified center stone I ordered. In fact, the setting design showcases 10 side diamonds set in the ring's side. All the stones shimmer, sparkle, and shine in natural light. To top that, I received my order within 14 days of purchase. I pray an amicable solution to your disappointment because an engagement is as stressful of a life event.

I cannot provide a success story because these crooks have made the last six months of our engagement HELL while we try to get them to fix the terrible workmanship they provided.
