Someone will answer the phone - but they can not help you in any way. That's literally what they will tell you. They lie and say someone who can help will call you back. But they NEVER will.

They will answer the phone but lie to tell you what you want to hear and then will change after you make a purchase! Liars!!

They will answer the phone but they do not reply to emails. They do not take notes on your order so they will end up lying or getting their stories mixed up when you speak with them.

Very hard, I called them and they never picked up. And they took two days to reply to me.

They avoid you and always have an excuse but refuse to credit your visa for failing to send your order
