I purchased a Diamond Ribbon Anchor Pendant Necklace $1000 and found it had a stone missing. Tracking information for my purchase was never provided and I had to make several calls to get delivery status. Allurez offered to return and fix at no cost, but I was not interested in jewelry of that quality.
After receiving my gold cross pendant and chain, I was very disappointed. I can't imagine anyone ever paying full price for the item I received. Even with a 60% discount, I still feel ripped off! I realize now that the picture I saw online was either of another piece of jewelery or enlarged photographically to enhance sales. I have yet to try to return item. Too busy. I hope they have better customer service than merchandise!
I ordered a ring on December 1st that was supposed to ship on the 10th. Well, it never did. Everything I called the office I was guaranteed it would ship on a different date. In total, I was promised it would ship on 4 different dates spanning across 2 weeks. Additionally, each representative promised me if have it by Christmas. Well, needless to say it's actually Christmas Eve right now and my own still hasn't shipped... I will never do business with this company again and if suggest you don't either.
Ordered an engagement ring band set. Arrived fine, no damage seen on the outside. The ring is missing 2 side stones. Both stones closest to the center stone, are missing!
I called about 20 minutes after FedEx delivered. I was told to email the service email address with pictures so they can send me a label to send back. I did. Never heard another word.
I called back, no answer. Just a voicemail. They do not answer chat, and I didn't even get an autoresponder on the email that I sent.
I then initiated a dispute with my bank. I don't see any other way to keep these crooks honest.
Site was easy to use, I like that the engraving was free & the protection plan didn't cost a fortune. Also, the prices are great- I've already told a few friends about the site (who are now feeling pressure from their significant other's to start moving on their proposals ha).

I sent an email two times, because I was having trouble checking out with a financing option, no one even bothered to respond. Because it took so long waiting for someone to respond to me, I missed out on a free necklace with purchase. I finally figured out how to check out on my own. To me that is showing a total lack of customer service or caring about their customers. I did end up making a purchase, but I am doubtful that I will do it again due to the lack of caring.

I submitted several ideas for my rings and they told me exactly which models match it and how to customize them. I also loved their "try at home" service which allows you to try on a ring before committing to such a big purchase.

I ordered my ring. That didn't look at all like it was pictured. The aquamarine stones were so explicitly small. I'm the picture you could see them. Also. I had to send 4-5 emails wondering when the ring would arrive when they kept telling me I would expect to see a tracking number in a few days. A few days turned into a few weeks. One positive thing, every time I emailed, they emailed me right back. I just don't think I got the ring I wanted for the price I paid.
I wish I would have at least got a better response than that my item was being worked on. I bought a gift for my wife as an anniversary gift 2 weeks before the holidays (yes somewhat late...) and I kept asking customer service when it would be available and never got a straight answer. At least they always did reply quickly, but I was left in limbo... I get that there are delays with COVID but I'd at least like an eta. 5 weeks later I emailed them, got the same response and the next day it was shipped... If I had a better idea I could have prepared better, but not knowing when and then taking 5 weeks... definitely not happy with that. The ring did look nice though.

This ring is beautiful! The halo diamonds are actually bigger than what you think they would be. I ended up doing a stack once I recieved all of my rings. The contour wedding band was the first after getting my engagement ring. Then I recieved a half eternity band. I added a spacer ring to keep diamonds from contour ring from rubbing the gold on engagement ring. I have rearranged the rings several times, but i ended up leaving them like this... until I get an open band to stack.
My fiancé gave me this beautiful diamond anklet on my birthday and being a diamond lover I don’t think he could give me anything better than this pretty jewel. Round diamonds studded seamlessly in white gold have made me fall in love with this piece. I am so fond of this anklet that I don’t want to take it off even in shower, at beach or in my boots and still it stay the same. Highly recommended!
Communication was very good but end results of product was very disappointing. The sapphires aren't nearly as big as shown on website & I upgraded everything so feel ripped off on trusting jewelers which is why I usually don't try to but jewelry ever. High prices w/ unsatisfying results.
I placed for me an expensive order. I kept checking for status and it just kept saying it was processing. Shipping date came and passed and i contacted them over and over again and all they would tell me was it was in processing. Over 2 weeks after they took my payment. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company. They have on their website like this is inventory and you can buy it, but then they say they have to make it. They need to set realistic expectations to buyers.
