I was looking for a specific model/size/color of raybans and twice received the wrong pair from other websites. Finally tried allureaid.com and got exactly what I was looking for within days. Highly recommend them
Still havent received the frames. It has been over a month. Emailed to complain that the delay was too long. Response was only that we apologize. Nothing else.
This was my 5th pair I got from them, was always great quality and wonderful customer service. Was happy when I got them and exactly what I was hoping for.

The entire experience was easy and ther website was very helpful, was able to track them as they were being delivered and I love my rayban priscription.

When I ordered the Tiffany sunglasses the website indicated, shipping within 8 days its now over a month still wIting on pkg with no updates nothing! Not happy! Will not ever use this website again
I placed my order on 10/26 and a month has gone by and they keep promising my glasses. If I don't receive them in a week, I will be disputing the charge on my credit card. I believe this is a fraudulent company. Do not order from them.
Order a pair of glasses with priority shipping of 1 to 2 days. It has now been 5 weeks. I called numerous times leaving messages and never received a return call. The only contact was via email. I was told it was shipping the next day or week. I have yet to get my glasses.

Kept me on the hook for three weeks because the frames were coming from Italy. Same person picks up the phone every time. Finally they cancelled the order.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses and paid extra for 2 day shipping. A week came by and went and never got a word from the seller. I emailed and they apologized and said it was being shipped from Europe and would take a while and offered to refund the additional shipping charges. Weeks go by and I finally get a shipping confirmation and tracking number. I check the link everyday and item silk hasn't shipped. After another week, I send another email and then they CANCEL my order because of a pricing error on their part. Buyer be ware, most unprofessional comply ever!
Is sad that I was promise my order in few days and until today nothing I canceled my order today, all I got was e mails that my frame was coming from Italy not a legit excuse poor customer service and bad Bussines definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone bad experience.
I am very pleased, as I was sceptical if these would truly be legit. Much to my suprise, they are! And I LOVE THEM! This is my second time purchasing Tiffany Co sunglasses and I'm obsessed. Will be ordering my next pair from AllureAid! Thanks again!

Communication among departments need improvement. I like the glasses I ordered and they shipped quickly. However, my order was sent without my prescriptions.
Found sunglasses we could not live without while in Fla at the Ritz C. Found them at Allureaid for 1/2 the $$$$$$ and ordered them last minute for Christmas. Got a call from Cust Serv that they were discontinued and that they found them in ITALY and even though they were even more $$$$ Allureaid gave them to me at the same price. Even though they came after the holiday it was CHRISTMAS IN JANUARY! Thank you for your great service.
