Allureaid has all the top brands with great prices. I've ordered 4 times, only had one issue with the glasses being too big, they exchanged them no problem, but it did take awhile to get the new pair. Otherwise I'm completely satisfied with the quality, price and crusty service.
It's been a whole month and I still haven't received my glasses. The customer service is horrible. They block your number. They don't return your calls at all. I had to go somewhere else and make a whole separate purchase so I can see and that's not cool.
I would recommend this business to anyone! The customer service is fantastic and everyone was so friendly and accommodating. They care about their customers. I will definitely be returning to purchase my next pair of glasses.
Ok so when I first ordered sunglasses from here I was a bit nervous because it was a really good deal. Then a month went by and nothing. At 6 weeks I called and asked what's up and they said it would take a few more days because they were coming from Italy. I felt like maybe I was scammed.
But alas, two months later they arrived in box and with all authentic accessories and coding! I'm giving five stars because you know what, if it saves me money, I'll wait!
Literally ordered glasses on sep 4 and now it's is sep 24. The customer service is a joke. No one gets back to me. They gave me a shipping tracking number two weeks ago and every time I click it it goes to the USPS and says they still haven't received the package to ship. This company is a scam I will be calling the cops if I do not get a refund or my glasses soon. Buyers beware
Ordered goggle lenses on nov4 they said they were delivered with no response. Then said they would look into where they are after two weeks said they would deliver new set and send an email to verify. Never got email as of dec. 23 no response to emails and now don't answer phone. Out 70$ good lesson to ads on Facebook
Absolute rubbish!
Paid nearly the DOUBLE the amount of the product for faster delivery which was listed on their website as 3/4 days. After 11 days of awaiting I requested an update through "live chat" and "email". Received NO reply, days after days I keep writing. So I asked for cancellation. Received an email only the amount of the product refunded which I have NOT received my money back!
Order has NEVER been shipped but they were totally OK to keep my money for fast delivery!
What a JOKE!
This company would never be further away from professional work ethic. Absolute frustration and feels like a FRAUD!

9 calls and 10 emails. And a month later with them using the same old line (lie) that my glasses will be ready and shipped at the end of the day I finally took my business elsewhere especially when they used covid as an excuse as to why they haven't shipped. Three management I'd ran by a girl or guy that is to sensitive to be in his or her position and need to be fired. This company should be banned from the world wide web in my opinion. So please do yourself a huge favor and shop elsewhere also I might add, they aren't BBB accredited.
I ordered a pair of glasses through express shipment to Australia by paying extra but they shipped it through standard delivery. My order went to Hong Kong and was held there for a long time. It took me 1.5 months to receive my order. In the meantime, I contacted the customer service many times to inquire about where my order was but I could only receive one reply to my several attempts to contact them. They promised to locate where my package was and get back to me but this never happened. I called the company and left voice mails, no returns again. I wrote to them again, no replies! Awful customer service, awful shipment experience, stay away. They have no idea what work ethics means!

Complete scam. I never received a confirmation email so was never able to track or do any cancellation of charges via their website each time I tried. They charged my credit card for $710 for Gucci Rx glasses and Brooks Brothers 5 weeks ago, and have sent nothing. After repeated phone calls and ridiculous excuses why the glasses have not been sent, they guaranteed me they would be Federal Expressed by yesterday. I have received nothing.
I ended up having to dispute a credit card charge, because this website neither shipped the order or communicated with me. I didn't get any response from them until 16 days after ordering. At that point I had already disputed the charge due to no shipment and no communication.
I purchased through this website. They have a great customer service. I wish they were just fast with shipping. I had to return an item since it was too big for my head but was otherwise wonderful. I felt so good that I ordered more. Thanks allureaid.
I recently purchased the exact Tiffany frames with prescription lenses for driving from LensCrafters total cost $800.00. The price to me was outrageous even with insurance picking up $200 of the cost. I still needed a second pair with prescription for computer work so I looked online for a cheaper alternative and found Allureaid. I'll never pay those outrageous prices again the big chains charge. Allureaid's customer service was excellent, the shipping was timely, the presentation lenses are exact, the Tiffany frames are perfect and the price was great. My only regret is I purchased the one pair at LensCrafters and paid way more the I needed to. Allureaid will be where I purchase glasses from now on.
Order a pair of glasses with priority shipping of 1 to 2 days. It has now been 5 weeks. I called numerous times leaving messages and never received a return call. The only contact was via email. I was told it was shipping the next day or week. I have yet to get my glasses.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses and paid extra for 2 day shipping. A week came by and went and never got a word from the seller. I emailed and they apologized and said it was being shipped from Europe and would take a while and offered to refund the additional shipping charges. Weeks go by and I finally get a shipping confirmation and tracking number. I check the link everyday and item silk hasn't shipped. After another week, I send another email and then they CANCEL my order because of a pricing error on their part. Buyer be ware, most unprofessional comply ever!
The product was 100% authentic and sold and a great price compared to retailers. The only downside is the shipping time, which took around one and a half weeks. If you don't mind waiting, I would highly recommend this website.

I ordered a pair of glasses from this site because it had the best price. My glasses came quickly and most importantly undamaged. I liked that I got email notifications when my glasses had been shipped and tracking details so I knew where they were. All-in-all no complaints.
They're utterly hopeless! Firstly they; re SLOW! Expect to wait at least a month before you'll hear anything about your order.
Then they made the wrong prescription in a new set of frames and then defended it. It had zero magnification, despite +1.5 being right there on the prescription. I shipped them right back. When they finally, after another 2 weeks responeded to my messages they refused to refund or compensate me in any way. They're so slow to respond that you can't establish a conversation - UNTIL they refuse to refund - then they're super-quick with their unpleasant and unmoving responses. Now everyday I get a message from them saying they're going to charge the full amount, no refund.
I can't possibly recommend them.
