I ordered a pair of Tiffany Sunglasses (which were half the price of big name stores) and this is how my experience went. I paid with PayPal, because honestly I was a little weirded out at first (half off seemed too good to be true). I received a confirmation email right away. A few days later, I received an email saying they will be back ordered for two weeks (which they warned me of well before I submitted my order). Two weeks later I received saying they shipped and I received them 3 days later. So yes, they took almost 3 weeks, but for half off! SO WORTH IT. As for people complaining of lack of communication between the retailer, I was happy they didn't blow up my email. All in all, this is where I will buy my designer glasses from now on. Happy customer from upstate NY.

Avoid this seller at all costs. Ordered a pair of Tiffany glasses that Allure was unable to locate and ship for a month. I emailed numerous times and was told they are shipping from Italy. And SHOULD arrive in 2 weeks. Well this same canned response correspondence went on for a month with no tracking number ever produced. Finally, I canceled my order. They were effiecent in the cancelation process at least, I am sure they are used to it. Never ever again will I order from this seller, simply because of the dishonesty. They offer a wide selection of products, however have to locate the actual product frantically from other vendors. This is not the problem, however not being able to locate a purchased product and being dishonest on their advertisement is.
Placed an order with this company and they are very professional. I was notified when by glasses were shipped via email along with a tracking number. Prices are affordable will use them again.

Even though I am still waiting for my merchandise the customer service team has been great so far assisting me with updates to my purchase and providing pricing adjustments.
I paid extra for 1-2 day shipping. 4 weeks later I still have not received the glasses I purchased or a refund that I requested. RIP OFF!

After a month of telling me "they're shipping next week" I called and they told me that they couldn't get my order. Very unhappy, especially with the numerous emails blatantly lying and dodging the question of when they're coming.

They came perfectly packaged and on time for a Christmas gift. A quick story for you... my friend and I two years ago were enjoying a beautiful day off in Newport, RI chatting, having lunch, cocktails and window shopping. We walked into the Sunglass Hut and she tried on these Tiffany Sunglasses. They looked amazing on her. She couldnt afford them as a single, hardworking Mom... I secretly bought them for her and she cried walking out of the store. Fast forward to this past July... I invited her to an outdoor concert back here in RI she wore her glasses and upon leaving the grounds, the glasses must have dropped. She was devastated, we went back (in the dark with Flashlights) with the hope of finding them... we didnt. They were $275, I vowed to replace them for her for Christmas and thankfully to your pricing I was able to and she cried again! Thank you for making my friend so happy!
I place my order in November for 2day shipping and I didnt get my order to end of December. Getting back forth with people. Trun around want send me something different because they said didnt have it anymore.
I order the item 11/17/2017 its almos a month and I havent receive it yet! I cant rate you good I been waiting for too long
