I purchased tiffany glasses and lenses on August 3rd, 2020 and waited over 3 weeks received with wrong prescription. Left multiple voicemails and finally a Janet called back said she wants to make it right. She asked me to send back the tiffany glasses and lenses I just purchased along with my glasses with my prescription lens (purchased at Lens crafters) to her so that she can get the exact prescription. She emailed me the return label to mail her both glasses and lenses and after she received the she would send to the lab that day and mail both back. I did send them in due to she promised me she would send them right back. I have every call and email dates and the address (home sold on 9/2020) I've called several times and she said finally Wednesday 9/9/20 she would overnight both glasses... I still haven't received them back. So I left a voicemail that I guess I'll have to call a lawyer on Monday to start an investigation and I called my bank today and started the dispute for the charges and to get my glasses and lenses back and a refund for the tiffany glasses as well.

I ordered a pair of glasses through express shipment to Australia by paying extra but they shipped it through standard delivery. My order went to Hong Kong and was held there for a long time. It took me 1.5 months to receive my order. In the meantime, I contacted the customer service many times to inquire about where my order was but I could only receive one reply to my several attempts to contact them. They promised to locate where my package was and get back to me but this never happened. I called the company and left voice mails, no returns again. I wrote to them again, no replies! Awful customer service, awful shipment experience, stay away. They have no idea what work ethics means!

I ended up having to dispute a credit card charge, because this website neither shipped the order or communicated with me. I didn't get any response from them until 16 days after ordering. At that point I had already disputed the charge due to no shipment and no communication.

I love the product and the packaging was great. My only disappointment was the timeliness of shipping It wasn't shipped until Friday I did get it within the two days of shipping request but it shouldn't have taken over a week to finally ship the order when I asked prior to ordering how quickly the package would be sent out and I paid for two day shipping which think should be refunded since I got almost two weeks after my order date.

I recently purchased the exact Tiffany frames with prescription lenses for driving from LensCrafters total cost $800.00. The price to me was outrageous even with insurance picking up $200 of the cost. I still needed a second pair with prescription for computer work so I looked online for a cheaper alternative and found Allureaid. I'll never pay those outrageous prices again the big chains charge. Allureaid's customer service was excellent, the shipping was timely, the presentation lenses are exact, the Tiffany frames are perfect and the price was great. My only regret is I purchased the one pair at LensCrafters and paid way more the I needed to. Allureaid will be where I purchase glasses from now on.

FRAUD FRAUD FAUD! I am going to write every bad review I can, contact the BBB and do whatever I have to, to bring this company DOWN. The people here are LIARS and I NEVER GOT ANY GLASSES. Watch out Allureaid, your going down. You've messed with the wrong person. They answered my phone call one time and said 48 hours I'll get my Glasses (which I've waited 6 weeks for), then they NEVER PICKED UP AGAIN! ALLUREAID, trust me YOUR FAKE COMPANY IS GOING DOWN! YOU WILL NOT CONTINUE TO DO BUSINESS WITH GOOGLE or ONLINE. I am going to shut down your site. I work for the government and this is the LAST TIME YOU STEAL FROM INNOCENT PEOPLE! Your going to be prosecuted to the Fullest extent, so watch out!
