I read a lot of reviews of people having problems getting in contact with the supplier and not receiving their orders but I decided to order anyways and I couldn't be happier. I got an email a day later saying my order was received and if I had any questions or problems. I needed to change one thing and got an immoderate response and then a follow up email saying thank you for shopping with us. I got updates every step of the way from emails to txt messages and record my order in like 9 days. No hassle. Got my order and it's in perfect condition with the prescription I ordered. I would shop here again absolutely. I got Tiffany glasses as well and they are amazing and much cheaper than on their website. :)

Case dirty

I received my glasses exactly as ordered. However, shipping was a little slow and the inside of the box and outside of the glasses case was really dirty. Kind of disappointing.

Ordered glasses on April 30. Called two weeks later to find out when to expect glasses. Was told they would ship within 48 hours. 48 hours passes and no shipping notification. Call again and sent to voice mail. Two more days pass, two more days of leaving voicemail messages and still no glasses and no reply. Finally get someone on the phone and she says she is going to look into it and call me "right back". She was in her car at the drive thru when we had our conversation. She never called back. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get a refund. Avoid this so called "company".

I ordered glasses on April 9th for $276. I still haven't received them and it's May 15th. I have reached out multiple be times on the status of my order. The first time I inquired about my glasses they said it will ship in 3 days. 1 week later I asked about them again, the message said that they were making the lenses. One more passed by, I inquired again politely and did not receive a response. Two weeks later, I inquired again and still no response from the company.

This website need to be shut down. I try reporting the scam site to BBB but they could not find the company and the address to the company is to a house in new Jersey! Watch out its a SCAM COMPANY!

Horrible! Be careful!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would! I placed an order for my glasses February 21st and did not receive any confirmation, no status update and it is now March 22nd. I have called the contact number at least 20 times and left several big emails with no reply. I also have emailed. The only response I got that they were finally going to ship my order in 48 hours was only after I threatened to contact the police for a scam company! I finally hit through to there number today and said I wanted a refund and the lady on the phone said well we were going to ship your glasses expedient for free! After all of this! Spend the extra money and get glasses from a reputable company! Even glasses USA were much quicker than this!

Just wanted to update: just now the "owner" of the company called me to argue with me about my review! So she had time to call me immediately after I posted this review but no time to call back after leaving several voicemails or even tried to call to make it better! This company needs to be shut down! Her number is *******022 for those who would like to speak with her!

Another update: this is an email the "owner" sent me after I hung up on her! She's crazy!

I ordered glasses back in May. I had ordered from here and another place same prescription. For some reason these lens idk why bothered my eyes went back and forth emailing the company. They told me I could return them but wouldn't get the refund on the lens just the glasses. Ok, whatever so I sent them back. I have called numerous times and you have to leave a message. I got 1 call back finally in October and the Lady Janet was still extremely un helpful just saying they never received the glass when I have the tracking number showing it was received. Again I have left several messages without anyone caring to call me back. Unbelievable.

Ordered my prescription sunglasses over two months ago. Been calling for the past five weeks every week its a different excuse or story. The last weeks weeks they tell me its bejng shipped the next day. MORE THEN TWO MONTHS and no product no tracking number. I will post all my conversations online and will get my $413 back.

I ordered a pair of frames on April 22rd, and i paid extra for quicker shipping. I was notified that they were waiting to recieve the frames themselves after i had already paid, which i was willing to wait. A month went by and i emailed checking the status of my frames and they offered to overnight them free of charge for the inconvience. May 29th i recieved an email stating that my frames have been shipped. I waited 10 days for these frames after that email, and i had checked the shipping tracking number twice in those 10 days and it hadnt even left their building yet even tho they told me it was already shipped! This was after i PAID EXTRA for 7 day shipping and then was GIVEN free overnight shipping and the promise of them shipping it once they recieved them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE they consistently will lie to you to pacify you. I will never give this site my business again and will be sure to warn my friends agaisnt ordering from here. Absolute WORST online experience i've ever had. Get your moneys worth by spending a little extra money elsewhere where youll actually get your product without hassle and problems.
