Order shipped from CA to AZ using Ontrac, their choice. ASH site says 1-5 days. Ontrac's warehouse in Phoenix received package on 8/28/21, initially said delivery date that day, then said delayed until the next day, then the next, the next day, the next etc. Today is 9/2/21, talked to Ontrac, said warehouse doesn't have AC and ASH is aware of delivery issues in Phoenix area. I told this to ASH rep, she denied being aware of any issues which makes her a bold faced liar according to reviews and ASH replies to those reviews. Now told delivery on the 6th, I'm in Tempe, 10 miles away from Phoenix. Contacted ASH, was told it's business days. Supplements are diminished by prolonged exposure to heat and don't know the difference between days and business days so my order will sit in a hot Phoenix warehouse for 9 days before delivered, of course that is if it's actually delivered on the 6th which is labor day. Allstarhealth doesn't care, should be no star health. Long time customer but will most likely buy elsewhere.
Such a scam--stay far away from these shady sellers! Ordered an OTC vitamin for our 7-year (they were out of stock locally & Amazon), and received a shipping email the next day... but with a bizarrely long tracking number—despite ASH claiming to be sent via USPS First Class. We then waited 3+ weeks for the package to arrive... only to then receive an email stating the package was being "Held at Post Office, At Customer Request"... which of course we DID NOT request. Still, we needed the vitamins, so I stood in line at the only post office in our small town for 35 minutes only to be told (no surprise) that the package was NOT being held. Called AllStarHealth's customer service line and got the run around: "Oh, I can't issue a refund b/c the package is at your post office". I explained clearly that it was not, but AllStarHealth is a scammer, so of course it was like talking to a wall. Do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS RIPOFF SELLER!

Upon researching the issue we unfortunately couldn't find an explanation for USPS holding the package instead of delivering to your mailbox like they normally do. So we have deemed this package lost. We called and emailed you on Friday to confirm whether you preferred a replacement or refund but we didn't hear back, so we refunded the order in full. Please accept our sincere apologies for the lost package, and for making you feel as though we didn't intend to assist with this issue.
Place order on vitamins, claim they need to speak to me by phone before placing order. They were quick to take the funds. What gives them the right to place item on hold. Never heard a company placing item on hold. Item has already been paid for.

I placed an order over a week ago, and still have not received it. I called Customer Service and was not able to get a definitive answer on when my order would be delivered to me. They are in California and I'm in Arizona. What is the difficulty?
The shipping company, "OnTracGround" was used, NOT UPS, nor USPS, nor FedEx. Inquiries provided no resolution.? Waiting…

I will NEVER do business with either company ever again. I recommend avoiding both.

They are typically very reliable, but unfortunately many of their facilities have been closed or affected by the recent wildfires. This has caused delays throughout their network, even for packages that are outside of the wildfire areas. This package was delivered on August 8th. I order frequently from All Star Health and have received nothing but great service. Today I received a shipment with a broken bottle included. I contacted customer service and once again received excellent customer care. I explained the situation to the All Star Health representative, he immediately resolved the situation and ordered a replacement. Customer Care is a huge part of why I buy from certain companies. Along with top rated products, their customer care is world class.

I've been using almost nine years without incident. I always compare pricing against them since they continually have the best pricing. Sometimes I don't need multiple items so if it's a one-off, I might use another site but generally I even with the $5 shipping it's much cheaper than the competition. I even recommend it to my friends at the gym or on my wrestling team which I coach.

Great prices and incredibly fast shipping/handling time. I live several states away and still have my products in less than 5 days from the time I place my orders. They may have a good return policy, but I've never needed to use it.

Surprised to see all of these negative reviews... are you guys the competition? Best prices I have found online and the shipping has been lightning quick or at least adequate but that has only been the case in recent months with Covid etc. Have not used customer support yet (have had no reason to) but will let it be known if it is bad like some here are claiming. The only concern I had a while back was as to whether or not they are a front for NOW products. I have tried many of the NOW products but I am not sure they are equal to the more familiar brand names - would like to hear from others who may feel the same way. But anyway I give AllStarHealth all A's. No problems and great prices.

Allstarhealth.com massively overcharge for shipping and duties 3-4 times, if you order from outside USA, you will end up paying almost double compared to other American companies.

I have spoken with the company and they refuse to help they only use UPS and UPS claims it was refused and they never tried. I asked can you send it ANY other way and they refuse to help

If you choose the Domestic Standard method, there is always the chance your order may ship with any of our shipping carriers which include UPS, Ontrac, Surepost or USPS. The first two times this occurred we absorbed the fees to switch your package to USPS instead of Domestic Standard and explained how to select USPS yourself at checkout for future orders. If you have a preference to ship only by USPS, please choose that preference at checkout. This will guarantee your package goes by that ship method instead of the other shipping carriers. They are selling products for 50% off, because the product has expired. I bought some Graviola, that was 50%, that I needed for medical reasons, because the local store ran out and when I got it in the mail, and tasted it, it was bad. The date stamp of expiration was hard to read, and looked fake, it was on the side of the bottle, not under the bottle like I have purchased in a store. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I returned the product, and they did not even credit me $8.30 for the shipping I spent to return it. The first pic below is with a camera zoomed in a lot, it's hard to see with the naked eye the date of expiration. The second pic is of a bottle I bought in the store, that has a legit print of a date below the bottle.

We keep a very close eye on inventory, but if you received something expired or short dated we would resolve the issue with a full refund. In this case you told us the expiration date was 10/19 which means it has 8 months shelf life. There are 32 servings in this container, so we are confident that we are selling this at a very good best buy date. However, we are happy to refund for shipping fees as well even though that’s not standard for returns. We don’t ever want you to be dissatisfied with our products or our service, so we hope that resolves this issue fully for you today. This company lures you in with great prices and decent products but what you won't realize until it's too late is that they charge you for really crappy shipping that is totally unreliable, like OnTrack (they use contractor/vendors who will keep your product in their car for days at a time when it's 90 degrees outside). When you call to complain that you haven't received your product, you'll speak with a bunch of really chipper guys who you can tell have really big grins on their faces as they're speaking to you while you're frustrated as hell after having spent so much money and not received your product. They'll tell you it's out of their hands and when you speak to a supervisor, you'll soon realize that it's a company run by a total of 15 people who could not care less that you haven't received your product (I attempted to escalate and was told repeatedly I was speaking to the highest level folks. One of them even hung up on me--if this is the highest level... yikes... I'll take my business elsewhere). They'll tell you that if you don't receive it, or if you decide you want to buy from another company, they will not refund you until they receive it back. Further, they couldn't be bothered to offer you your shipping costs back. So if OnTrack or whatever shipment company loses it or for any other reason doesn't get it back to the company, you're out of luck and AllStarHealth has just robbed you of your hard earned money. They rub your nose in this by charging you for shipping and they'll smile the whole while that they're doing it. Only in SoCal do you get met with this kind of brazen snobbery and smarminess.

In this case it appears that this package was delivered by the carrier approximately an hour after you contacted us. So we have refunded the shipping cost for the order as our apology for the inconvenience experienced with receiving your order. We choose reliable carriers and delivery partners, so we apologize that this delivery was not satisfactory.

Placed an order on 9/5/17 which shipped on 9/7/17 using a company called OnTrac (also being reviewed). Order sat in a warehouse for 7 days because apparently OnTrac didn't have anyone to deliver my package. WTH? You're a shipping company! Asked All Star to retrieve the package because it had food items and I no longer wanted them after sitting in a warehouse for 7 days and only God knows how much longer. They said they'd get the package back and send me replacements using a more reputable company. Now they are out of stock. Worst customer service ever!

I ordered supplements from them and received order quicker and about $25 less than the competitor I usually order from - I only wish they would put product samples in so that you can try other products to see what you like or don't like.
