Order shipped from CA to AZ using Ontrac, their choice. ASH site says 1-5 days. Ontrac's warehouse in Phoenix received package on 8/28/21, initially said delivery date that day, then said delayed until the next day, then the next, the next day, the next etc. Today is 9/2/21, talked to Ontrac, said warehouse doesn't have AC and ASH is aware of delivery issues in Phoenix area. I told this to ASH rep, she denied being aware of any issues which makes her a bold faced liar according to reviews and ASH replies to those reviews. Now told delivery on the 6th, I'm in Tempe, 10 miles away from Phoenix. Contacted ASH, was told it's business days. Supplements are diminished by prolonged exposure to heat and don't know the difference between days and business days so my order will sit in a hot Phoenix warehouse for 9 days before delivered, of course that is if it's actually delivered on the 6th which is labor day. Allstarhealth doesn't care, should be no star health. Long time customer but will most likely buy elsewhere.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the confusion and delay in receiving your package. Our information indicates that the order was delivered on 9/4/21. We have been aware of some delays for some of our packages due to the wildfires in California. However, these delays are typically only a few days, so the Ontrac representative's statement that we were aware of delays "up to 3 weeks" was not accurate. We understand that the Ontrac rep also made claims that the quality of the products would be affected by the temperature in their warehouses. This was also incorrect, as neither product purchased is sensitive to heat. We completely understand why these statements would have caused you concern and we reported this conversation to the carrier's team after we spoke with you last week. Ontrac has assured us they would research and address the misinformation that was provided to you. If there are any issues with the quality of the product you received, please let us know and we would be glad to assist you.

Example: There's 10 boxes of brown rice on the shelf, you order 3 boxes to be delivered, site says available. Walmart emails you when order is being picked and tells you "out of stock"... why? A weird quota system that only applies to delivery orders, if there's under a certain number of boxes available, say 15, the picker cannot take any for your order. But, if you go into the store, you can buy all ten. This B. S. applies to all items ordered for delivery.
So if you're disabled like me and deal with severe chronic pain, can't drive, can't get to the store you're simply S. O. L.
As far as the substitution option... I've received substitutes that weren't even close to what was ordered.
Walmart seems to think that issuing a refund for so called "out of stock" items is some kind of favor to you... well it's not when you have to wait 3-5 days for the $ to hit your account not to mention that you go without what you need to survive.

If your product review might hurt their sales they won't publish it.
"I wrote an honest 1 star review about Lafeber Premium Daily Diet Parrot Food. It simply stated that this product as well as all other pelleted parrot food has corn as it's 1st ingredient, that corn is not a natural food for parrots and that corn is 1 of the highest containing foods of mold and it's micotoxins. That dog food is veering away from corn because it's not good for them.
Parrots are prone to fungal infections so why would you feed them fungus?

Lafeber Premium Daily Diet Parrot Food is 1 of their best sellers. I guess if customers knew what my review said it would effect Chewy's sales."

Damaged remote control due to poor packaging/no info on what volt battery required, sent message to seller, doesn't even acknowledge damage issue, says will send battery info but never sent. Remote control looks used.
Product detail says what's included but order was missing an item, seller says 5 units must be ordered to receive missing item. No where does it say this in product detail/description/info.
UPDATE: Now product detail has been changed not to include missing item that was included when I ordered.

Seller now addresses me as "friend"... YA RIGHT.
Don't do business with Jinan Nuozhen Trading Co., Ltd., Andy Nuozhen is a sleazy liar.
Alibaba dispute system is a joke.

Below is a review I wrote for a product I bought from Amazon. It explains my issue. I was correct, they refused to post it. I included pictures with the review as proof. The product is called Razor Cuts by Hotstuff. Suddenly it's "Currently unavailable. We don't know when or if this item will be back in stock". Here's the review:
BEWARE OF BUYING THIS PRODUCT FULFILLED BY AMAZON!
BEWARE OF BUYING THIS PRODUCT FULFILLED BY AMAZON FOR THE $12.95 PRICE.
RECEIVED BOTTLE AND LOOKED FOR EXPIRE DATE, IT WAS ON THE BOTTOM OF THE BOTTLE PRINTED ON A STICKER THAT WAS SLITED INTO 4 SECTIONS. I AM FAMILIAR WITH THIS PRODUCT, I HAVE PURCHASED IT IN THE PAST SO I KNOW WHERE THE EXPIRE DATE SHOULD BE. WHERE IT SHOULD BE WAS ON THE EDGE OF THE BOTTLE'S LABEL, BUT COVERING THE EDGE OF THE LABEL THERE WAS A LONG AMAZON LABEL WITH THE NAME OF THE PRODUCT AND AMAZON'S BAR CODE. I PEELED OFF AMAZON'S LABEL TO FIND THE EDGE OF THE BOTTLE'S LABEL HAD BEEN CUT OFF, I COULD SEE THE RAZOR BLADE MARK LEFT ON THE BOTTLE. I PEELED OFF THE STICKER ON THE BOTTOM OF THE BOTTLE TO SEE IF THERE WAS ANYTHING UNDER IT, THERE WAS NOTHING. THIS STICKER LABEL SAID EXPIRE DATE 7/18. I CALLED HOTSTUFF AND TALKED TO PAUL, HE VERIFIED WERE THE EXPIRE DATE SHOULD BE... ON THE EDGE OF THE LABEL. SENT IT BACK. I'LL BE SURPRISED IF AMAZON POSTS THIS REVIEW.

Paul from Hotstuff ran the lot # on the bottle's label and it's actual expire date is 8/2017... Go figure!

UPDATE 7/18/17... As of today I am no longer allowed to leave reviews for products I've purchased on Amazon. When I try a window appears saying:... "Sorry, we are unable to accept your review of this product for either one or both of the following reasons: Your previous review of this product did not comply with our customer service guidelines. Amazon does not permit reviews from customers whose relationship to the product or seller may be perceived as biased".

There are dozens of purchases I have yet to review, none of which I have a relationship with the seller or product.
This is revenge for leaving this review on this site... Hey Amazon, I DON"T CARE!

UPDATE 8/9/17... Today I received an email that states:
