Worst experience EVER! increasingshoes.com is a scam! We bought $300.00 dollars worth of shes and have waited over a week and a half to receive them even though we paid for express shipping! I cannot get a hold of any one, they only email and even then it's just an email say this:

I have tried several times to cancel the order and get my money back but to no avail! No one will respond to me. I have filed a claim with my bank.
I never received my order. It was scheduled then delayed then they claimed it was delivered and I never received it. Very disappointing. Finding customer service on their site is really a hide and seek game. This is a scam I suspect.
From what i see most people just get rob from this site... me as well for that fact... and the few good reviews i do see don't look real anyways... just to let people know if you buy from this site beware your going to get rob one way or another...
The quality of product order was extremely poor and was charged for the order and at customs separately which is not unacceptable. When i requested a refund they refused. I placed an order for 3 other items in May and till date i have no idea when I will get it.
They're criminals... fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of contract, larceny and absolutely no recourse or refund. I've been charged for products I never received, charged for products I've never bought and the only remedy they offer is to contact the seller. Guess what, the seller never responds because they're content stealing your money.
This site does nothing but perpetrate Fraud, I received my item but no paper work as to what brand it is, no paper work for warranty. I brought this up for dispute and of coarse they found in favored of the seller. Do not buy on or from this site, stick with Ebay or other web sites the are American.
I purchased a small humidifier for $10 and it just does not work. They want me to return it to China for a replacement. It will cost me twice what I paid for me to ship it to China. I will delete their app.
Aliexpress has great deals on their site. I love the variety which is displayed but I believe that some of the sellers should be removed because of their long processing time and sometimes the product doesn't look like what was displayed in the description. But overall the customer service is great.
I ordered a pair of shoes, and the seller sent me a wrong one. I ask for return the seller sent me a return label. I bring it to the post office; the post office did not take it because the shoes weight 3 pounds and the label is for 1 pound. I asked the seller for label good for 3 pounds the seller did not say nothing. And I contacted AliExpress. AliExpress did not do nothing, so i lost $40 for not useable shoes.
Second time on November 30,2022, I ordered five items from 5 different seller on AliExpress website. How can they put 5 items in one package. The package arrived at my local post office on December 12. One week later because the package was not delivery to my house so i contacted the post office, post office said they will return it back to the seller because i did not come to pick it up. When i order online they always delivery to my house i never come to post office to pick it up..
I have probably bought up to 4 things from AliExpress and all my experiences are horrible. They managed to lose or not give me a refund without fighting for it. Always takes long for them to reply to you. I have wasted money trying to get products from this dumb $#*! website I have up and hope no ones waste there time and money on AliExpress. #$#*!tiestwebsiteever
I ordered hair from them last sunday. Prior to making my purchase I was in constant contact with them, read the reviews and everything to. Check out fine. Needless to say, after they took my money they have become unresponsive. I have left 8 messages regarding the status of my package and still no response. I haven't even gotten a tracking number. I feel like I've been scammed. Sad part about it was that I was counting on this hair for a production I am in and now have to spend more money for hair that I don't have. Bought a Doogee pro F3 phone. After receiving it, i realized it's logging and collecting data only to send to redundant apps, like flashlight, and other known tracing apps.
Seller asked me to return the phone to root it for me, so I returned the phone, but since tracking costs us north americans around 80$, which is half the price of the phone, i sent it without tracking.
So now, the seller doesn't even recognize my return, and my money is gone, and there is no more phone.
1 star is too much for them. Pay the extra 1$ for ebay fees, and buy from Ebay as i didn't encounter any issues like that with them in 10 years.
This has been the worst shopping site. They take shipping amount, never send the package, return the product cost and enjoy shipping amount without any efforts. There is definitely no shop out there. It’s a scam. They are making money thorough shipping cost which they never spend as they never send the product. I tried this site 7 times and never got the product. Complete scam.

I bought a beautiful top from their store about 2 months ago and I haven't received it yet. I have been sending texts to them for about a month but no feedback I find that rude and disrespectful as I have a good reason to be angry. I have been their customer for a long time now and I have bought a lot of stuff from them but on the top of that they don't care about how I feel. When I pay for something I expect to get it as I don't recall having any discussion about donating to your store.
I have been using aliexpress since 2016. I have bought items of all kinds for every stage of my life, from toys for my son to items for my motorcycle. I am delighted with the attention that Aliexpress has towards its customers, since there are occasions where the sellers exceed the shipping limits or do not put the tracking codes well. Thank you very much Aliexpress! I will continue shopping there.
Clothes are too small--not normal fits for USA--seller does not really help in the refund dept. I bought a NFL type jacket not official and the pics looked OK but when it arrived even in XL it was too small... then it had iron on looking plastic patches.
I have a total of 49 purchase's on this site, and of 49 orders 11 did not show up (got refunded), 3 doa's and 7 disputes on product errors/faults. 6 disputes resolved with full refund (not postage). Buyer protection is a scam, and if you are lucky to get a full refund, be prepared to use up to 90 days to get your money back.
This is remarkable high numbers of missed dealings and I would recommend to STAY AWAY from this consortium.
Bought a couple of SSD drives (4tb) (8tb that I never received) but the 4tb drive will format. Been running for days and finally failed. I tore it open and discoverd it had 2 micro sd cards. Not a true SSD by far. Complete junk. Stay away from these people. They sell junk that is not what your expecting to get. Returns...what a joke. These people are nothing but a rip off artist. Could not leave any good news about them what so ever.

The sellers refused to provide a refund siting the merchandise was sent to me just wait a little longer. I completed a dispute with the company. In return the company blocked my access. Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.
