The website is full of bad sellers, scammers and robbers, aliexpress can not control them at all, and finally their judgement never delet them and it favorites them on disputes.
The product is really good quality. It's a type of sporting thing, that's good. Colors are well maintained and do not remove washing. I ordered xxxl size and it is good about 175 cm and 75 kg for a young man. The product came quickly. In the future, I will add orders to similar shirts.
aliexpress.com is not good foe buyers. After 2 months i never got my order and they refused to refund me my money, The tracking code by seller showed clearly that the package never left china and they told me to check with my post office and declined the refund.
They are protecting their chinese scammers sellers like they do in alaibaba.com

I ordered a couple toys for my dog. Never received them & asked for a refund. It was only $5.03, but hey I wanted what I paid for. It said item was stuck in customs. They told me it was delivered, & if it was wasn't to my house. DO NOT trust these people! If you get your order you're one of the lucky few.
I have purchase loads of stuff off aliexpress. Most products great. If I have had a issue it's as easy as putting a disbupt through to them and getting it sorted. Aliexpress doesn't release the money to the vendor until you have confirmed goods received and your happy so there is that extra guarantee there
This past January I ordered a tool for removing valves in an inflatable boat. The tool comes in 6 or 8 tabs. I ordered a 6 tab but received an 8 tab. I have emailed AliExpress several times but all my emails have been ignored.
I didn't received my item!
They ask me to prove that I didn't received!
I asked them how can I prove it? They have to ask the delivery company to prove, to ask my signature from them... And this is their answer.

I ordered several items from a single seller, and the seller left out 2 of the 10 items I ordered. I contacted the seller, who said I had to request a refund from AliExpress. AliExpress refused to refund me because they said I received the package. They could not seem to understand that I received the package, but items were missing. They kept asking for evidence, and there is no evidence I can provide that I did not receive something. They strung me along for weeks and rejected my refund requests multiple times no matter what evidence I tried to provide. There's no way to talk to customer service except a chat that I suspect is a bot. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
The worst website i have ever seen! Fake sellers and fake ali who are always there to cheat you.
I am going to share my experiene with aliexpress. This has not happened with me once but happened twice. They suspended my account due to which person cannot raise dispute in case his order does not arrive. There are 15 orders pending in my account and it got suspended. Now none of the seller is agreeing to refund money without dispute and its being more than 7-8 months.
I lost my money on aliexpress... its completely fake website where chinese are there to fool you and make money.

I bought some stuffs for my kids. One of them was damaged. My daughter took some pictures and videos and sent them. They said we have to pay for shipping to get a refund for the damaged toy. It cost me more than toy itself to ship something to China. So I didn't send it and they didn't even give me a partial refund.

I had purchased some accessories for xbox with a tempting price. After five days I received the track # but it was not in the system. I thought it's normal but after a week it was still like that. The track number was FAKE!
I disputed, both with their website and Paypal, but it's almost one month that my capital is locked by them. I can't even call them, very poor customer service. They don't even have a calling system! I sent several emails and messages to them about my case but all with no respond.
I just hope paypal could get my money back, but it takes a looooooooong time! I used to deal with aliexpress and alibaba but I won't do that in future at all.
I placed a large order the products were not as described the sizes were much smaller than stated. I returned the products to them but they refused to give me a refund, closed my dispute and then deactivated my account. Do not purchase items from this company, there is no satisfaction guaranteed!
Aliexpress used to be a good place to buy. Lately it is a different story. If you open a valid dispute your account will be deactivated. I see lot of users are complaining about the same thing. They are too happy to take your money but don't try to get it back.

Horrible site please do not use! I purchase a skirt from this site and the product arrived and looked nothing like the picture. The cheap price tag grabs your attention but the quality of the material makes you run away. I had an horrible experience and do not recommend to anyone.
