Horrible experience! I ordered napkins, and received a fishing lure. I contacted "customer service" and they denied a refund, because I didn't have enough proof. I sent pictures of the lure, the oackage, and showed it could not have contained napkins, and they still rejected claim. I have started a claim with PayPal, which I recommend if you decide to chance buying from these thieves.
I placed an order for a product for $98.50. I waited 3 months and no product arrived. I checked the tracking number and the tracking service said my order was shipped to "The European Union" (France). I live in the U.S. I filed a claim with Aliexpress for a refund and Aliexpress sided with the vendor and denied my claim saying that my order was signed for by a proxy? What proxy? I didn't sign for anything and I never received the shipment! I finally had to file a chargeback with my credit card company to get my money back. Neither the vendor or Aliexpress answered the more than a dozen messages that I left. Stay away from Aliexpress unless you want to risk losing your money! Aliexpress should be shut down or lose their ability to take credit card payments.
Buy a pair of shoes, seller put a size table for women... but it was men shoes... never got money back! Aliexpress did not recognize the seller error... they try to help but...! So, it was my last time on Aliexpress...
I had ordered a couple of times and mostly the products Came in a month or two but some items never arrived.
Once i wanted my money back but the seller don't do anything so i lose my money.
Regardless of bad experiences the clothes that i had ordered are fine, they look good and for the price is a good deal.
Ali Express always gives me a smile, They make a good shopping experience, They have almost everything you could want at a decent price. They take good care of their customers. They are always improving the language differences and search results.
I placed an order. They took the money from my account. One week later they cancelled my order for no reason. So I paid and never received my order. Plus there is no direct number you can call and speak to them. Worst worst never buy anything here again!
This is a great place to get cheap stuff. But don't expect the $1 replica to be of the same quality as the $20 original. There is no way that can be true. There are good quality stuff here too. Just make sure to check the price and reviews.

Bought an item of "brewery house Store" on aliexpress didn't receive it and could not get a refund. If the seller can provide a photo of the item it becomes impossible to prove you didn't receive it. I was told the only proof that could be accepted is an official document which unfortunately does not exist and is not possible to obtain.
Aliexpress is a great place to get about anything for really cheap price from jewelry to clothes (personally I just buy small things like brooches and small earrings). The only thing I'd say isn't that great about it is that sometimes you'll order something and you'll get something really cheap and nothing like you ordered. The way I avoid that happening is ONLY purchasing items that have at LEAST 4 stars and it has to have reviews with pictures just so I can make sure I'm getting exactly what I paid for. I have purchased products from Ali Express and was cheated. I ordered herbs(powder)and after they sent me something else I was told I can't get my money back. I was asked to prove that this is not the correct herbs by the web site. The web site does not protect the buyer! Be very, very, very careful. You cannot send them back to China because it would cost more than the prize of the item. Do not use it. Be careful.
Excellent products as described, but bad experience with this shopkeeper, bad customer service I will never buy again from this shopkeeper, I received my right purchase after 1 month and I paid for DHL shipping. They gave me the excuse that the product was no longer on the market, but how can you sell items that are not available in stock?
The store I bought from recently is blatantly dishonest and not professional at all. "Modern Times" is the name of the store which sold me a shirt with all the wrong measurements that don't match up with their descriptions. How can they sell a shirt 6cm short on bust and a few cm short on the shoulder and claimed that it's ok. The seller demands that it's their policy for customers to pay their own shipping and send back item in order to get full refund no matter what the reason is. I disputed that the the verdict was $7.85 refund. My repealing was not accepted because they said the shirt has value. Right, $40 at my loss!
How ridiculous is that when the measurements were so off the chart and the seller and Aliexpress still expecting the customers to accept as is.

Few months ago I ordered and paid for a set of car seat covers. They never arrived. I was given the option of ordering the car seat covers again or getting my money back. I unfortunately ordered them again. To cut a long story short now after a few months I neither have the covers nor my money. High-tech highway robbery is the name of their game.
They allow people to use stolen card numbers that were skimmed to buy from them! This just happened to me! Do you seriously want to use them, and not wonder what they are using your bank card with, IF you used them, Id suggest you change your card asap, so you don't lose your money by someone stealing your bank number! They are a huge scam!
Better off not buy from them. It's impossible to return a defective product. They're the worst when it comes to shipping, return, customer service, and communication. You can never win with them. Not to mention, that their products are the worst ever. I bought a car stereo that keeps blowing fuses, and they couldn't help me return it at all. Absolute garbage. Avoid avoid avoid.

Hello, in December I made a purchase on Aliexpress of a cover for my smartphone. The seller promised me that he would send it to the correct address, since the Aliexpress website was missing my home number. The seller said that after I made the payment, he would add my home number. Time passed and the order arrived in my city, but to my surprise and amazement, the order returned to the seller for the reason of an incorrect address, and I informed the seller the correct address. Open a dispute on Aliexpress and the company refuses to return money that is rightfully mine, since I did not receive the order. The seller deceived me for not having modified the address, and the culprit is me?! Aliexpress is not a trustworthy company, so far away because in the end it gives history the only wrong is the buyer. I will file a lawsuit for all damages caused to me.
