On November 23,2017, I realized the purchase of a gamepad in the amount of R $ 84,62 on the website of gearbest.com. After the 90 days given by the gearbest expired and the product did not arrive, I requested the refund of the same in the form of credits on the website itself. But after a short time of the reimbursement being realized, the price of the products have risen dramatically and value of the freights as well. At the end of the day I am feeling quite harmed and deceived, because with the great increase realized by the site, I will not be able to buy the products that I want with the value of the refund of the product realized in the form of credits in the own site. The increase made by gearbest in ALL PRODUCTS was sudden without any advance notice! Another point is that in many purchases are no longer accepting the GB POINTS and 302 points of mine were expired, I lost $ 6.04, making shopping even harder. I am requesting a request from the company URGENT for the refund to be returned in cash to my ebanx account, since the values practiced on the site currently make it impossible for me to make purchases. If my problem is not solved as requested, I will go to court for redress for all damages and I will not recommend the store in the groups that are part of social networks and the like... and I will never make any purchases in the store.
P. S: Problem solved by the company! The company solved the problem in the best way possible! I recommend Gearbest again.
