If I could give this app a 0 out of 5 I would this is the worst app ever we ordered a package about 2 months ago and it never came the first time it was sent the seller never put a door number on it so it was sent back then when they sent it again it never arrived and because the seller didn't update the website it didn't show we didn't get it and we told Ali express about this because the reference number the seller gave us was non-existent and they said there was no proof we didn't get it so the seller was gonna get all our money that's 70 pounds gone for something we never got. Whatever you do don't order from this website worst experience ever.

Aliexpress is unreliable and not trustworthy. After you think, you have a good deal and your payment is processed, seller will say they can not ship the item and request you to cancel or they will provide false tracking. You will have to go a long way to get your money back. Do not waste your time and money.

For example went to buy shoes unaware that cheaper price meant fake. Buys should have to be more specific as to what the quality is of what their selling. Bought jordan 12s that looked nothing alike the picture or real thing thinking i could get it for cheap because the description was labeled jordan's. This was my assumption from being lended a pair of jordan's. What you can really buy are small items and even those don't really fit their description to be really honest with you.
I ordered a Realme GT2 pro, The phone didn't come as described, and to top things off the phone had software issues which meant the phone wasn't working. I opened a dispute and even though I could present facts Aliexpress rejected my dispute. The 30-day return policy is an absolute joke because they don't let you use it. I went to a phone shop to try and save the phone but the technician told me the phone is basically a brick and I could start using it as a hammer because that's the only thing it's still good for. I paid 1075 AUD for the phone and 120 AUD for the repair shop to tell me the phone is cactus. The supplier was rude and tried blaming me for a broken phone that I physically never used. On top of things the seller gave me useless advice and got super rude. After writing a review to tell my experience, the seller and Aliexpress took down my review which means this whole company is not only super corrupt but also supports scammers. All the reviews that are 5 stars on Aliexpress are 100% falls, bought, or family members. My only advice after losing my money to these thieves is to STAY AWAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE! I would love to sue them and the seller to make sure they never sell anything in their entire life to people but that won't happen because ALIEXPRESS SUPPORTS THIEVES AND SCAMMERS. I cannot believe that these people aren't ashamed of themselves and still go to sleep at night knowing they are scamming people for their hard-earned money. Someone needs to take this company and all the sellers on it down!
I often buy many times on aliexpress and at least three times same problems, at first I thought it was a mistake when company shipping combined multiple orders from different seller in the same baggage to get it delivery but then I found out when I bought an order with a large amount of money, the seller put a bad value purchase in it and took it to prove they arrived and sent it to my home address, when I complain, the seller proved bycopied information tracking the funniest thing is when they sent me tracking information in Chinese language while they sell some in English, aliexpress management considers it solved, the first picture is item I didn't buy and they sent it in a big bag and they provide it was sent to me, to do business, aliexpress need to have a good reputation, don't get the reputation that the Chinese are not good
I began using Ali express about a year ago after Amazon stole 130$ from me after I ordered a speaker and it never came only lies about what did and isn't happen to it. That was a big mistake for someone who lives in Israel as the postal service in Israel is easily worse than that of a third world country. No competition and being around for so long means "free delivery" is now going in person to some random office they don't tell you about or which one to pick it up. As if that's not bad enough, you are required to make an appointment ahead of time no wait hours in line. Long story short I ordered hundreds of dollars worth of items from aliexpress and waited for them to arrive. After I recived sms messages that most of the items came I decided to make the trip up to Haifa since even though I moved and told the lousy postal service I moved they still required me to go to Haifa. In all I made dozens of trips and only got 1 of the dozens of things I ordered. I was furious when they told me that it's not their faults I only got messages 2 weeks late from aliexpress and the "window" for picking up your "free delivery" item is 2 weeks before they send it back to the seller. In other words aliexpress was not telling me on time when my items arrived and that meant that I would arrive late to pick them up and was effectively having my items stolen. I filed many disputes and aliexpress even though it claims to have 100% refund guarantee Is actually like every other money hungry lying corporation out there and after long back and forth refused to refund a penny. To date I don't even know and probably don't want to know just how much money I lost but it easily exceeds 300+ dollars. I practically had to meditate to relieve all the stress that came along with losing so much money and so many items and I still want to blow up every damn corporation involved. Lesson learned if you live in Israel or are not 100% confident your packages are coming straight to you, skip the stress and lies and do it the old fashioned way cause apparently in 2022 the two biggest online sellers are also the two biggest lying scams.
It seems these people take things for a joke. I bought 3 pairs of shoes. All are too big and one was the wrong colour. I wanted exchange, but that option wasn't there so i chose refund. When i tried to return item it's cost$174 with Canadian dollars for tracking, which i don't have. I paid 33 to send without tracking. The whole process have me messed up because they sending me to upload evidence when it's not possible because upload keep unsuccessful so you can't submit. You can't even speak with someone. They just keep sending you to do things which are impossible. Not even a email address to email them, just $#*!ing machine like machine was there to talk to when purchasing. I will never make the same mistake ever again! Aliexpress and the sellers are all in it together!

They have no customer service, no buyer protection, and if you dispute they will always side with the seller. Stay far away from AliExpress. I will never do business with them again after the 3 month headache of trying to get my $600 back.
I purchased a wig that is poor quality and I have to return it back to seller. 5 months after sending that, the wig came back to me since China customs refuse we returned those goods. Seller should be aware of it and gave me an US address but he didn't. I ask for another way to return and get my money back but seller totally ignored me. AliExpress customer service also won't help. I talked to at least 15 différents agent spending at least one hour each time and at the end they said the buyer protection is expired and that I have to manage with seller. So I am stuck with a bad product and I paid shipping return fees and AliExpress don't even try to talk to seller so they can refund me fix the situation. I am never buying with them, they let seller steal us.

AliExpress is full of thieves! If you want to lose thousands on products that dont arrive then AliExpress is the place for you. The sellers simply ignore your messages and there is no way to take it further with AliExpress.
I'm a platinum member with more than 500 orders on AliExpress. But Now, it's finished. I no more trust this company. They say they cannot make a refund in an obvious dispute because I'm victim of a "system bug": lies, lies, lies! They now protect the crooks, not the honnest buyers.

Beware of Scammers on Aliexpress!
Recently I purchased a branch chipper from Practical Industrial Spray Technology and parent company Dongguan Yaoshun Technology on Aliexpress. Price $2094. 00 CDN.
The ad listed the unit FREE SHIPPING to CANADA via sellers shipping method. Supplier informed me that I could pick up the unit at the warehouse in Vancouver when it arrives.
Two weeks before arrival I recieved an invoice for outlandish shipping charges and fees totally close to $800. WTF
I opened a dipute and spent hours back and fourth disputing the issue with the supplier and escalated it to Aliexpress but Aliexpress just stood behind the supplier as though they had done nothing wrong. Very annoying to say the least!
In the end I payed over a thousand dollars more for the machine than I would have, had I sourced it from a reputable supplier on Alibaba and contacted my own shipper and had them handle the logistics.
Lesson learned, YOU need to have YOUR shipping company take charge of the shippment in China. Get a firm quote. Do not let the supplier handle shipping unless you know the supplier well. Best of luck!
