Terrible service. Unreliable. Do not ever buy anything from them. I've sent them all the proof that I've paid but they still insist I need to pay again. They are useless. See pics that confirms payment and their comment that I need to pay again.
I'm a diamond level shopper in aliexpress. And it is Good to buy chinese miscellaneous stuff, but awfull to buy celular phones. Most of them come with fake roms with no OTA, even when the seller claims that it has. The disputes for this situations are not supported by aliexpress that compactuates with these scams.
They will not give you a refund. I waited mine for almost 4 months and the guy on the chat room Muyang Tie seller is very annoying and useless. I wasted a lot of energy to get back my money and nothing happened. But at the end I was glad I reported it to my credit card company so they can Flag and blacklisted them. The more number of complaints filed, the faster this company will pay their dishonesty and shut down, to get what they deserve.

We have bought an ultrasound Jet cleaner. Other than their charges we paid 25$ extra custom duties. We plugged in the machine only to discover that the circuit breaker went down and the instrument went dead. This company promised via email and chat to refund me $20 and they lied. I spent over six hours for one month and a half over numerous chats to get the $20 refund they owed me and they lied. Customer service sends some fake copy of a letter in Chinese. I paid with MasterCard but they keep trying to say they'll only credit my PayPal. But surprise it's not going through. They have no intention on refunding it. Then I tried to file a dispute about not getting a credit with customer service and it's been more than 10days so you can't. Everything is coming from China it takes 30+ days to receive anything from China. You can only file a dispute for 10 days. Don't order unless you love to throw your money away and pull your hair out!

So many times I filed a dispute of no item ever coming and tracking that does not work and its past time and they refuse to give me back my money with no explanation. They help them rip you off to keep them happy not the buyers
Deceptive site and wording will not get you what you want. Lack of basic English knowledge over there will not let your argument stand up since it is not understood. Return costs for item not wanted must be born by customer. Altogether an unpleasant experience. All that quite apart from the smelly rubbish I received another time, hardly fit for the label "bag." Went straight into the garbage (outside the house). Was it made from old tires? My advice: Stay with Amazon, light years ahead.
"MOST" AliExpress sellers are scams. I tried them twice, twice too many times. First time never received the item, the second time, received the item which did not work, never receiving a refund. AliExpress refused to help and guarantee the refund, Not like Ebay. Recommend staying away... Stick with Ebay, better chance of NOT getting ripped off..

While I received product, all earphones were fake as I had already used originals when launched in India. I raised a dispute for this and most shocking was their judgment in favour of seller who sells fake products using word "Original". I mean they even didn't investigated this complete case and still wonder how they denied the fact. This clearly states that customers shouldn't expect any neutral judgment from them. I made a shopify store, which I love. I used Aliexpress as one of my dropshippers. I got my first order, I was so excited! I put the order in at Aliexpress. The site let me complete the order. Of course it also let me pay for the order, then the next day I was sent a electronic e-mail that the product is out of stock. If it's out of stock, why do they put it in their stores? So my first order out of the gate, I had to refund. That makes my brand new store look bad. I asked for a refund, Aliexpress wont issue me one, and would like me to purchase another item instead with the money they have. So now I'm in the hole. The customer doesn't get her items, and I'm out the money I paid to Aliexpress. Now I'm going back through my entire site, trying to get rid of every item from Aliexpress without making it look too obvious. Because my store is now live and has had visitors and a number of orders from companies outside of Aliexpress. So I'm quietly adding inventory and slowly deleting the Aliexpress items. Hopefully my customers won't be like, wait a second, is this a new store? All the inventory has changed. Luckily my store is new and doesn't have a lot of traffic just yet. Hopefully I can fix the issue before people get too attached to my items. And no, I still have not gotten a refund. Just another computer generated e-mail telling me to use my funds to purchase another product.
