Purchased a Teclast tablet, arrived with a faulty screen straight away and the seller have been a PAIN to deal with. AVOID THIS BRAND. DO NOT BUY THEIR INFERIOR TABLETS. Their customer services are the worst on the planet. Last but not least, Aliexpress has not been helpful at all. AVOID ALIEXPRESS. AVOID ALIEXPRESS.
On their site it says BOBOVR HEADSTRAP WITH Battery for $29.99. So they send me a battery with no headstrap. I questioned them via text & they tell me I only ordered a battery. That's not what the description says! They tell me I can get a refund. By the time I do that & ship it back, it would cost me double. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS Ali Express. They will find ways to cheat you.
Ponzi scheme, they get your money, send you some trinket, and when you dispute it, they make the hoops impossible. My return got to the town and was held there until the dispute was cancelled.
Products come usually late when the Purchase Protection is going to end. After this time there is not any GUARANTEE for the product. All of the original mobile phones I bought were fake.
I ordered 3 items from Johnature. Never got confirmation of shipping, so I contacted them. They stated they were out of 2 of the items and for me to select other items. I said no, didn't want other items. Cancelled order and asked for refund. The seller refused. Said they would get in trouble for not having items in stock. They refused my cancellation and still have not refunded my money and have shipped nothing, because he has nothing to ship. I contacted AliExpress to get help, filed a complaint on their website. They promised me a refund and that they would investigate the seller and send me updates. They gave me a link to file a complaint, I followed the insructions. Guess what? No record in my account showing that complaint or any responses. It was deleted apparently, just like the seller keeps deleting my cancellation requests.
To this day, I've heard NOTHING from the company even though the chat scranscript I saved says they will continue to contact me to update me, the seller still has my money and has never shipped anything to me. Stay away from this company and this seller (here or anywhere else) unless you like being cheated and lied to.
Do not order. They will lie again and again. I just lost my entire money.$88. They won't refund or send my money. They promise and lie. Danielqueenx stay away from.

Bad only that during Sales many orders closed by Aliexpress by the reason of coupons using. If Aliexpress app choosed these coupons why orders closed?! It's very big problem
I was curious and thought i would give a look but the reason why i would never purchase anything from company is because of all of the emails and the inability to uninstall or just get rid of this trash company. They break all of the rules and that's what makes me never ever want to use this company. YOUR COMPANY IS TRASH LIKE YOUR EMAILS! GTFOH. People just Google and go through the procedure to end the never ending trash that they put up on people. They will eventually be under serious investigation because of this and i hope shut down forever.

This was from my painful experiences of several cases that I ordered from Aliexpress for your reference. The packages have NOT being delivered and asked their supports. The supports kept saying: Yes you will get refund but there are not over the delivering period yet and need to wait. After the guaranty delivering period, they said: sorry for the requests had exceeded the AliExpress protection period and no funds. What kind of reason is that? If you think this kind of customer buying policy is right, then buy thing from them.

My cases were that I brought on 12/2023 for Xmas and had asked AE customer service in Jan/Feb 2024, which is very current. I have uploaded the evident that shipper Uniuni did not deliver the package and had called the shipper at less 5 times, then I contacted AE to do something and AE did not do anything which are all within delivering guaranty period and end up as "no refund" for 2 cases.The reason that AE asked to wait after the guaranty delivering period was AE would get the money from credit card company and it would be too late to stop the wired money from credit card company. I did whatever I could and I should NOT trust AE customer service! I was customer in AE for 2 years and there have no issue until now. Would this be allowed to happen in any US company?

Have just given up ob ever getting a refund from ALiExpress OR the Seller of a commercial meat slicer paid USD783. Received crushed and broken and told to return for refund. Cost to do so USD300. Challenged request and was assured that after the return period expired I would not have to return the item due to cost (USD1083 to refund USD783 maybe?). When return expired and made my claim was told have to wait 9 days more until today for an "automatic" appeal to happen whereupon I was assured I would receive the refund... what a joke.! Now told matter finished, seller paid and have to take it up with them for any refund. These guys are nothing but thieves, frauds and CANNOT BE TRUSTED... DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM
