I bought multiple items that come with the FREE RETURN but I am not able to get any one of the free return label even the item is not as description. Aliexpress and Seller are not taking responsible for the return shipping with item has the FREE RETURN service. They just want you pay the return shipping by yourself to ship back to CHINA because they just want to take your money and they know that is not much people will pay the expensive return shipping for refund and most of the time, the buyer just end up to pay more money without getting any refund back. DO NOT TRUST THEIR ANY BUYER PROTECTION SERVICE AND FREE RETURN SERVIE.
Disgusting! I am a platinum member of Aliexpress and being treated like a piece of rubbish! They don't care about the treatment of buyers by sellers. They allow them to rip you off and abuse you. I told the customer Service guy I would leave Aliexpress if something wasn't done (despite spending a fortune on that vile website) his response was "Okay!". Don't expect anything to be honoured, don't expect the customer services to have your back. Don't expect any clothing to be anything like described. A lot of the items are different to the picture/descriptions, but their CS don't care. They fob you off with copy and pasted lines that offer no help at all. They offer you promises they don't keep. Their purchase protection means nothing and there reward system means even less. Expect quite a number of issues with items bought on Aliexpress. Avoid like the plague! They expect you to pay return postage for items that are not as described, even though it more often than not costs the same if not more than the item. Most of the good reviews on here are fake and posted by them so please don; t be taken in. Don't just don't. Keep your money and buy from somewhere legit. This place is faaaar from legit!

This year 2014 on 2nd of September i ordered for 2 bras After paying with my master card. Immediately i was sent a message that my payment was successfully accepted.
2 weeks later they sent me a message.
My order has been cancelled because payment was not made before 22 Sep 2014 12:44. That if i would still like to buy the item, i should reorder it at AliExpress.com.
And give them more money so that they can do the same again.
I tried to cantact them about refunding my money. They never replied.
I tried to chat with the seller she just sent me one line message that she would check it but i never got a reply.
This website is not good. If you really want to have stress you can deal with them.
They advertise things at agood price so that they get people´s attention.
Better to pay more on a genuine website where i can get what i have ordered for.
They dont have customer care and no directs contacts.

First, let's start by stating that I'm a Diamond-level customer. Their dispute program leans more towards the seller, you have to proof proof and proof that you are right before they refund your money. I just have an incident where I ordered an item ($100) on the 1st of the month and contacted the seller on the 6th and on the 7th he created a shipping level (old trick) to avoid being penalized by Aliexpress. On the 15 the item hadn't arrived at logistics so i contacted seller and he agree to refund but he ask for me to open a dispute. I did and even with proof (images) from the chat, AliExpress judgment was for me to wait 60 days more. THE ITEM Never shipped it was a fake label created by the seller to avoid being penalized. So I contacted PayPal... Recommendation use PayPal they will make judgments based on proof like chats...do not use debit cards...oh and I'm Diamond Level...JAJAJA As soon as I get my other orders in I'm deactivating my account... And please before ordering check reviews based on experience and avoid any seller with 94% or less...Numbers are inflated
The customer service of Aliexpress is really POOR. Poorest among the online trading platform. They do not have a phone number to contact and will only have online customer support who are not professional, and quite slow in replying to an online chat that will later on look like scripted. They dont provide solutions to buyers directly like what to do and just say sorry, there's nothing i can do. The dispute mediating team let you wait for a long time but easily decides to release the fund to sellers without reading your dispute details.
I have provided a video link which i uploaded on youtube and some photos for evidence of the faulty products (not just 1 but 100s) i received from one supplier because i am into selling business. All of these are in the dispute details which they said the specialist team will review. They havent replied to my dispute for over a month and have to chase them up for the result. After 1 or 2 days, i got an email saying my proof are invalid which i am sure they don't really bother to watch or look at and they are referred as a SPECIALIST TEAM!

If you are a businessman, you will be lucky if you can find a Chinese supplier with a reliable after sales customer service. Ali express is not worth your time and the stress they give you because you will end up losing your money and endanger the reputation of your business.
I give this site a big "0" of of 5 stars. I just got scammed for the second time on a order. First one was a block erupter for Bitcoin mining. They froze the order due to the person having what they call unsafe trading activities. It took me 14 days to get my money back! I tried it again 7 days ago. I get another notice on another seller. The order is frozen due to unsafe trading activities. I was buying Bitcoin miners. Here is the big kicker! It makes me look bad on eBay when I have to tell the customer. I purchased two cosplay outfits from AliExpress on 8/17/2021. I received the items but they were all extremely small and did not fit. I attempted to start a return through AliExpress via dispute as I did not see another way. I was NeVER informed about the next steps to the dispute and the window for the next steps closed. I attempted to reach out to the two merchants on AliExpress. One never responded and the one that did was unable to assist me. I attempted to dispute the charge with the bank and that was eventually denied much to my dismay as I had done everything I could to reach out and get these items returned and refunded but to no avail. From my standpoint AliExpress has scammed me out of $110 and has terrible customer service that almost rivals YumeTwin's. Unless this issue gets resolved I will never purchase from AliExpress again even if there prices are cheaper and I fully intend to review everywhere I can about this experience as it was terrible. Should AliExpress choose to attempt to remedy this situation I would be more than happy to edit my review at that time.

Packaged in a bubble wrap bag & postbacks were bent. Companies need to use more bubble wrap or piece of styrofoam to stick the postbacks in so they don't bend.
AliExpress refuses to refund my money for an order that never arrived,
I opened a dispute after 2months, the seller threatened me, and then AlieExpress closed the dispute and released my funds to the seller. It has now been 3 months since i placed the order, still haven't received and AliExpress is still refusing to refund my money. The "buyer protection" is a flat out lie.

Was not impressed they are dodgy, you will lose your money. I brought a pair of headphones and they sent me the wrong type and they didnt work, then they gave me a really short time frame to send back and wanted it tracked but that infomation was sent to me as a spam so I didnt see it. DONT SHOP HERE THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY. I lost a about US$100

I advise every buyer not to buy from this Aliexpress for following reasons:
1- They undermined the buyer protection rights by standing with seller. Their request for evidence in any dispute is false. They do not rely on the emails between the seller and the buyer and they want from you to upload evidences although their maximum upload allowance is 5 Mb which make uploading documents let alone videos impossible.
2-they confiscate the right to give a feed back about the seller and his sold item by withdrawing the feed back icon from the buyer list for the disputed item for the interest of the seller.
3- even if you give a feed back of an item and the seller found it negative they will delete the feed back after a certain period compromising the rights of the customers to have a fair right to know the real quality of the sold item from given reviews of previous buyers.
4-the fact that the owner of Aliexpress is Chinase origin and majority if not all the companies in this website are also chinase made anybody think about the bias of the owner of Aliexpress for his chinase trader.
5- I lost £17 customs + £14 to buy a new adapter as seller ask me to buy it and he will refund me and £33 of delivery cost to return the item, so total loss is £64 although the seller assured me he is going to refund it but no refund for these.
I'm a frequent online shopper, and stumbled across aliexpress (a sub division of alibaba) apx. 2 years ago. I have ordered hundreds of items from all different sellers. BUT I have been scammed once for 10 dollars. YOU MUST DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THE SELLER! I can't stress enough you have to make sure that they have a rating of 92 or higher. You can find the do and don't of how to purchase right on the webpage gives you detailed instructions of what to look for in a seller. I always do a test purchase of the seller order 1 thing for 10 dollars, if it comes then I will go back and order more. Please keep in mind this is coming from another part of the world where their sizes are WAY smaller then the rest of the world. Chances are you will be 2 to 3 times bigger. If you are normally an XS order a Medium. Ect. Always refer to the size guides in the description. Often they will post photo of the real product so you can see the quality you are getting, often not exact to picture. This is all the risk you are going to take! I love Aliexpress I will continue to shop with them forever.
