I ordered two times (not too expensive stuff), received none of them. When contacted the sellers they could not do anything. One year passed since the first order, 2 month since the second. Won't try my luck for the third time, for sure!
By now I had 3 incidents where the stuff delivered was either super low quality or not delivered.
Their customer service is also very bad, you have to chat with a bot first and then after long wait service agents show up on chat who do both expect for giving false promises.

Very rarely do i find a foreign or overseas shopping site that i trust...but knock on wood I'm hoping i don't jinx my perfect experience by saying this..i actually have purchased over 400$ in items with my own hard earned money and I've only had about 2 issues with sellers but i was refunded very quickly...aliexpress also has a 24/7 chat for customers to contact them about issues ...i Absoulutely love aliexpress and i just placed another recent order on yesterday..the vendors/sellers that i have dealt with a very nice and responsive to any question that you message them about...aliexpress is hands down the best overseeas/foreign site that I've had the pleasure of shopping with ...Yes i highly recommend this site
I never received what I ordered, and when I disputed it, they sided with the seller--so I was not given a refund! The 'evidence' from the seller showed that the item was delivered, and there is no way I can prove that it was NOT delivered to me. I won't order from them again. Amazon is slightly more expensive, but a lot safer!
Ordered and paid £140 for a phone, The package that was delivered was an empty box. Aliexpress did not refund because i had not taken a video of the package being opened and the sellers evidence was a video of a phone being put in a box... REALLY... pay the extra few pounds and use ebay where the buyer is king...

The other 6 items were never received and there's a major process to wait 3 months then try to resolve with seller and a big run around before your money is refunded Customer service seems like your talking to a robot with prescripted lines and repeating yourself over and over as they never understand the issue. Plus to be even more annoying you can only type a certain amount of characters to them if u go over it deletes all u typed. It doesn't count the characters for u so u just find out if your watching to see what u typed was transmitted. They don't seem to care or be concerned with over 1/2 their orders not being received. I bought a pair of shoes advertised as entirely made of genuine leather. They werent. I disputed the order, and although the seller admitted the shoes were not leather, I still didnt get a refund. My sister had similar experiences with incomplete orders. The so-called customer service is a joke. At times throughout the lengthy process of proving that my dispute had merit it seemed to me that they were pretending not to understand me, so that I felt I was arguing with polite but dumb robots. Not recommended-getting what you want is a matter of luck, and there is no recourse if youre unlucky.

Its been five months I have submitted 4 separate refund requests and they do not seem to have decided to ignore my request entirely.
I have been purchasing from aliexpress for over 2 years now. And I recently decided to open a community store as well as I am getting married so I believed Aliexpress was the perfect option. In March I placed over 200 orders. I purchased over 1000 items... Yes, infact I obtained a loan to do so... I began receiving my items and was very happy. I then realised that some of my packages were short. I contacted the sellers who assured me they were sent in separate orders... I waited for them and never got them. When I opened a dispute they told me I had an invalid claim... then it got worst because I realised that they had automatically confirmed some of my orders for which I did not receive anything. When I opened a dispute for such orders they deactivated my account preventing me from writing a feedback or open a dispute. Now I can't even track my orders... So as a result I lost thousands of dollars... Aliexpress is unfair... No one cared that I purchased multiple items they just collected my money and I still haven't received my goods and on top of that I was blocked and prevented from getting any help from customer service... I was asked to go through the process to have my account reactivated but was denied all because they cheated me out of my money... they people are dishonest and cheats. They also send you stuff you didn't order and some sellers take your money knowing that they don't have the items... Aliexpress is dishonest. I live all the way in Jamaica and they took my money what protection do I have...
