Was not impressed they are dodgy, you will lose your money. I brought a pair of headphones and they sent me the wrong type and they didnt work, then they gave me a really short time frame to send back and wanted it tracked but that infomation was sent to me as a spam so I didnt see it. DONT SHOP HERE THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY. I lost a about US$100

When I requested to return the item the seller refused to communicate because I wanted the seller to help me with return shipping... the seller refused to communicate.
I contacted AliExpress customer service and they said to wait for the 10 day return period to pass then I could get a full refund through customer service. I applied for an appeal and was told Id get an email and confirmation number, I received neither.
I called today and was told my appeal was denied, no explanation. Matter of fact the rep hung up on me.
AliExpress told me to let the 10 return expire. Now seller gets the money and AliExpress falsely claims to assist.
I called AliExpress for weeks and no support at all, just reps saying, Oh, I understand. Then no follow-up.
What can I do? NO BUYER PROTECTION.Id avoid AliExpress

I made 4 orders from 3 different vendors and only 1 vendor managed to fulfill the order after 4 months of ordering.

The rest wouldn't fulfill their order and both of them refuse to give me refunds because they made me wait past the buyer's protection time. Now they are shifting the blame when they clearly asked me to wait and receive the product.

Garbage service and support. Never gonna buy from this website ever $#*!ing again.

I am very disappointed with Aliexpress. When the seller has been shown to clear send defective product and lies. The buyer is penalised. What kind of business is this. They do not give you a full refund. The Buyer Protection is not working. I send them Video and picture that showed Seller has shipped defective product. Yet I have to accept loss. Bad experience. Do not purchase anything over $20.

Good and bad. Most of what the distinction hinges on is the individual sellers though, where some are excelent, while some are just terrible.

For Aliexpress services however, there are some to understand. First of all, its almost impossible to get in contact with some sort of customer support - the one method Ive found that is somewhat successful is through Facebook. Even when you do, its pretty much just canned answers, when things go off-script you realize the person you are speaking to likely have a very basic grasp of the english language.

Then we have the ugly: The dispute system. Before I ever used this I had the notion it was safe shopping there given their claims of customer protection. This, however is pretty much just mot true: One example is where one item I received (out of several in the same package) was broken. Tried speaking to the seller who only replied using the same copy-paste message explaining that the shipment was already sent and that I should be patient, meaning he/she either didnt read or didt understand what I wrote, same thing happened five times. I made a dispute claim, but that never got responded to by Aliexpress.

Another example was when half of the items ordered was simply missing from the package. Couldnt get a reply from the seller, so I made a dispute claim. Just hours later, the dispute was rejected due to lack of evidence. Exactly which evidence the expect that would prove things where not in the box I still dont know; takes no genious to understand you cant ever prove this - well, I had one thought that if you film the entire process from collecting the package up until you discover things are missing might be enough, but who knows.

So in short: yes, there are a lot of things and prices can be insanely good. That said, unless its a seller you trust from experience or recomendation by trusted friends never by anything with money you cant afford to lose since any issue will be hour issue and youll get no help whatsoever.

It was terrible! The item did not fit the description and the return was made impossible. Could not figure out what they wanted, spent $55 sending it back through customs only to be told I did not do it correctly and my package could not be tracked. So was out the money for the product and an additional $55. Would never buy from them again.

I've ordered items from this online vendor dozens of times. Items aren't always sent. Items don't always match their description. Items are often damaged or low quality. But worst of all, the company does NOT stand by their buyer protection program. I was awarded many judgements though that program. But I guess it must have been costing them money because instead of continuing to honor it, they Terminated my account, right after I purchased $100 worth of goods. That happened twice: The first time I was told they had no idea why and to create a new account. The second time... I wasn't going to put up with it; and so after hours of contact with customer service (via chat, which is the only method you can contact them) I was finally told that the Termination might be because my ratio of disputes to orders was too high (they never could give me a definitive answer). To anyone considering trying to get help from their customer service regarding an unfairly terminated account; Don't waste your time. They will give you the run around and either 1. Say there is nothing they can do, or 2. That they will fix it, but they will just never fix it.

First off, that website needs to be updated, and with the money you're scamming off of me, I'm sure you can pay someone. They took the money from me in early June telling me that it is gonna come in the following week. It's been three weeks and I asked the lady why it isn't coming and she said the payment didn't go through. I later check the website and it says that because I USED the coupon THEY gave me that I violated something. This website is just a big NO. I rather buy from Amazon at the more expensive price.

After I check for the payment and pay for the items it shows in the screen system error try again after several times trying the cart was empty and when to awaiting payment but that's not it all when I check for the items that I want to buy it show a different amount of money I contact custumer services and they are a bunch of irresponsable people do not buy nothing from that site.

I placed an order and now ZERO LINKS work on their page. You click on "contact" "help" "log in" ANYTHING and the page DOESN'T WORK. It never loads and just says "link broken" i cant track my package I cant contact them to ask where its at nor can i ask for a refund cause nothing is working. Its been months since my order was placed. Im outa luck. Dont buy.

Product ordered 4 months ago (Order number: **************), and I still have not received it. Followed up with seller multiple times, and the product was never sent, tracking number (UC*******CN) says its not even sent. I have lost hope with this seller and Aliexpress, and will never ever order anything on this. I tried to open a dispuite and order seem to be auto closed which is a biggest hoax!

The customer Service team are absolutely liars. If you are going to buy a product from them and you want to get a refund. It's totally not possible. I didn't receive my package in which I should deservedly get my money back. So I opened the dispute (refund case) to get my money back. The case went for nearly a month and I still didn't receive my package. They'll keep telling you "don't worry I'm on your side" but they are actually liars. DON'T FALL FOR THEIR TRAP! They do this just to sympathies with you. If you are not from China or anywhere from Asia you are simply dealt like a outsider. They simply have a different result for them. In addition they'll also call you name and accuse you of things your are not. If there was no star I would simply give them that.

AliExpress is offering $4 AUD discount voucher for new registration. I registered my self & placed an order. The system allowed me to use the discount coupon. After 2 weeks my order was auto-cancelled & no notification from them at all. It's been around 2 months since then that I have been chasing them... haven't received a refund yet... also now they are not responding to online queries... NEVER TRUST THE CHINESE... I will not use AliExpress again & am also spreading my experience to as much people as possible so that others do not get cheated by this cheat organization.

I will NOT buy anything from AliExpress ever again! Got cheated from the store call HeyGalSing. Said will refund me but never did, the dispute stated finished and never heard from them again. The Customer Service is RUBBISH! And a few more products never arrived after 3 months of wait. And the seller kept asking me to wait and refuse to refund! What a crap online service!

I've had 3 orders were sellers provide a tracking number but sent the order to another buyer. Aliexpress then sent an email saying my order has been delivered & the system shows I've received the product but the tracking status shows the parcel was collected from another post office & signed for by someone else which is visible on the Aliexpress website. I've opened a number of disputes & provided evidence of orders that never arrived which Aliexpress agreed were valid & issued refunds then deactivated my account due to buyer protection abuse. My appeal to reactivate my account was rejected, they claim due to consumer fraud... which translates to valid refund claims = fraud?
