I've ordered things off aliexpress for years. Sometimes the things are not as described and don't work well but I have never complained.

The ONE time I asked for a refund for two computer mouses that arrived not working (both from same seller) they $#*!ed me around for a FULL three weeks and then refused my refund. What!?

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Even if I had got the refund the time that I spent having to chase them to get an answer wouldn't have been worth it. Now to have wasted all the time and not got the refund... just ridiculous.

Will never do business with them again.

My order didn't arrive I got blamed for it by customer service representative Jhoy is her name. Did not get my refund at all. So now I have no package and no refund. Don't order from this site order from another that's completely legit.

Untrusted app

I had bad experiences with this app. There are untrusted sellers, when buy things they replace them with other things and sometimes duplicated the price and the shipment fees when you pay! In this case the sellers never respond to you and the dispute never works! And when you try to give them a one-star-rate the app takes you out! It is a trap not app!

I had ordered a couple of times and mostly the products Came in a month or two but some items never arrived.
Once i wanted my money back but the seller don't do anything so i lose my money.
Regardless of bad experiences the clothes that i had ordered are fine, they look good and for the price is a good deal.

Still waiting after 63 days to find item ordered is still in China. They were quick enough to debit the $300.00 dollars from my credit card.
Now try and find a contact to complain or get a refund.
I say tread carefully with Ali Express and SMRC Hobby store.

I have decided to try AliExpress, it tells you how long to wait for what you buy. I am ordering in their doll section and have been nothing but pleased with the merchandise, how they are packed, and have even been given little doll gifts from the sellers. I continue to do business with them as they are cheaper than buying on Ebay or Etsy and you still have to wait the time. It's just cheaper to buy from AliExpress and they have more to choose from. I have not purchased from other departments... just the doll section.

If a seller fails to deliver you the item or it is not delivered in time, you won't get a refund. All that buyer protection and smooth talk are only BS.

I buyed a sd memory card that when i tried from first time did not worked. Altought i send video as evidence at least after a long frustantig controversy process they asked to send back item to be rufunded. Think that expensive cost to resend a tracked parcell are higher than refund. Realy worse. I will never use aliexpress. The claim do not bring to satisfaction. I let refund and close any tractative. Aliexpress, at lest, do not protect the buyer in my opinion. The chinese item are fondamentaly not safe. People who usually sat this are right. I did not believe it, but now i am convinced that is truth

Firstly, I made a large order of seeds and received an automated plea saying to please buy more for each and every item I purchased. The message used the same tactics and wording... saying that they have families to feed and/or that it was the manager pleading with you to buy more so she doesn't have to let any of her female workers go.

I flooded with over 100 of these, spaning over 48 hours. So was unable to find my legitamate emails, in the mess that was created.

Secondly, if you reply saying that you'll take a refund then - they refuse to give you one. They then say because it costs too much for shipping, they had to send it a slower route, and there's been some event that will impact your shipping time.

Reply REFUND REFUND REFUND and you will still get some automated response saying don't worry you will be happy with their product. It is literally impossible to get a refund once you click on that purchase button, and the manipulative messages start.

Thirdly, they all guarantee delivery within 60 days. If you click on the start a dispute button after the 60 days - don't expect anything to happen except a bunch of emotionally manipulative messages in reply. As far as I can tell it is literally impossible to get a refund.

My advice, buy anywhere else. If you use AliExpress your money is as good as gone!

Personally I felt like I was being watched on this site. I had an account for personal shopping and wanted one for business for bulk orders etc. When I went to do another account, I was locked out. I could see that my IP address was being read. When I tried to sign in on my phone, I was told use a computer. Like how they know what I am on and am telling me what I should and should not sign in on. An agent came on and she told me take a screenshot of my screen to show her the error message. She gave me a site to use. I did not try taking any screen shot of my screen for her. Then she said that the system see I have two account with that IP so i got locked out. I had gone through a long process selecting sample items for my store to buy and then was told me they will get back to me in about three days. W. T. This made no sense. On Amazon you can have a personal account and seller/business account separately if you want. Three days gone no response from them, just from sellers wanting to know if I was still purchasing the stuff. When I added in my credit card info, the screen froze and I had to quickly clear the information. Like someone hijacked the screen in that then moment, I just stuck t good ol paypal. After this I def wont dropship with them. Don't trust some sites just spying on people. Watch them.

One of the AliExpress sellers (dodocool Official Store) failed to deliver paid for item.
AliExpress refused to refund the order as I could not provide evidence that the item was not received (how do you prove that something was not delivered?).
DO NOT USE ALIEXPRESS, THEY DO NOT DELIVER AND WON'T REFUND

Scammers!

Paid for merchandise that I never received! No phone number or contact info. Have been disputing charges since 11/17. They deserve a 0 rating! Terrible company! They do not care about the consumer. They care about collecting money for merchandise never sent. Ordered something for holiday 2017. They kept sending emails to me saying it would be delayed. First, 1 week, then 2. From November 2017 thru April 2018. Now they say it was delivered. I am disappointed at my credit card company(Amex/Macys) who fail to credit my account due to the lies of Aliexpess. Wheres the proof of delivery? A falsified tracking number. Terrible handling on both sides! Would you pay for something you did not receive?

Niemand reageert bij Aliexpres ik denk dat ze dat expres doen.
Toch vervelend je geld kwijt en geen enkele reactie zoek het maar uit.
Het is dus toch Aliebaba en de 40 rovers.
Ik baal hier enorm van en waarschuw dan ook iedereen koop niets bij AliExpres. Met een creditcard loop je minder risico, maar kijk uit met alle ander vormen van betalen. Geen levering wel mails dat het geleverd is, geen spullen, geld kwijt en daarna kan je barsten geen enkele reactie.
Inmiddels 31 maart en niemand van AliExpres reageert op het feit dat ik me zwaar besodemieterd voel door die bende Cyber criminelen. Inmiddels 23-4-2018 nooit een reactie of levering gehad erg onbeschoft inmiddels 29-4 niet meer gehoord

My order never came. But the tracking number showed delivery. I have to show them a form (the name of the form was never given) from the local post office, I won't be getting a refund. I guess the seller knows the aliexpress policy well. I won't be shopping here any more.

I ordered something from this site. My order came in about a week, and it was good quality. I also was prompted to confirm the delivery by the website. I wanted to leave a review since I saw so many negative, and I had a totally different experience. Not sure why its so negative for other people.

Don't buy from aliexpress. It becomes full of fake sellers and the aliexpress management doesn't care nd doesn't help, it a waste of time & money. Sellers don't reply & no support.
Aliexpress help agent are all like robots, replying same words every time.

The staffs on live chat don't have good command at English. They hardly understand what I try to say. However, they try hard to resolve the issues, and yet they can hardly resolve the issues.

I bought a phone on Anniversary sale, it was the Global launch of the phone. To the shame, the seller took a month alone for the phone to ship, which means it will be delivered around 3 months after the order date. That's ridiculous! I don't know why Aliexpress allows these types of sellers!

The seller had a lame excuse, "because this is new released phone. For a better shopping experience, we need to do the quality check before sending. And we will send it according to the time you paid for the order. Hope for your understanding."

Those all QA should have been done before the seller kept the items for sale on the campaign. Doing a month delay just for shipping and putting QA as the cause, that's a shame.

I won't say this is the best site to get quality products but the prices are within the cheapest range I have ever found on the web along with the [most of] free shipping products!
I have shopped over 500$ here, and I am mostly satisfied except some of the sellers' products' quality.
However, the shipping takes too long to Nepal, where I reside (normally it takes a month or two and sometimes it's three)!

Satin rattail cord

Do not order this cord. They claim it is 1mm, but I currently use this size cord from another supplier. It is not the size they claim it is. It's a real hassle to get some resolve, since it is shipped from China. BEWARE!
