I received of my phone display within two weeks of time. As it is said in description. Display is in a perfect condition and till now there is no light issues in it. I would say any one to purchase from ali express for there service.
Purchased endoscope and came after 4 to 5 months from the date purchased. I tried and it did not work. As suggested, the manufacture Cosmos, I got help from a computer expert and still it did not work. I asked them to access my computer remotely to fix any error. They refused. Cosmos had the nerve to ask me send the piece of junk at my cost with no refund or replacement. Suddenly Aliexpress gave me a short window to send a video to show that equipment is not working and closed the dispute. Aliexpress has no moral and deal and support bunch of cheaters.
I canceled an item 7 times. The seller refused. This is all due to the seller wanting more money from me and I would not give it to them. The seller then told me I should pay the extra or my item will more than likely be "lost" when shipped. I have contacted management several times with absolutely no help. They belittle you and make you feel like you did something wrong when you did not. I have 20 screenshots of the conversations.

Not buyer friendly. They know you can't return things to China becuase of the high shipping cost for us, but not for them. Very hard to prove poor quality or defective goods which AliExpress requires. So you are out of luck. The less than honest seller know that and will send you anything just to complete the transaction. And BTW takes for ever to get what ever they send.
I ordered a part for a motorcycle. It was not what I ordered when I got it. In order to return anything, it's all automated. I finally received a return approval with an address in China and 9 days to return it. I packaged it back back up and took it to the post office. The postage was going to be more than part cost. I tried the chat but got the run around and tried to cancel the return request. I had to go back on to the site and cancel it myself. If you think you need to buy from these people, be VERY careful. You cannot speak with anyone if you have an issue.

Aliexpress is the best place if you are looking to buy online at the lowest price. I consider it safer than eBay but not as safe as Amazon.
You need to look at a lot of sellers for an specific item if you want to have a great experience for a low price.
If there is a problem, and there will be after just a few orders, there is no way to contact customer service. The purchase protection is a joke. I find Wish to be a much better site to shop on. Sure they have problem sellers too, but Wish has your back, unlike AliExpress.
Bought a camera part for £32 and got slapped with a £15 customs. The problem here is they know where they will ship it so why is it not mentioned? Also, there is pretty much no way to get to talk to anybody at the company so I will not shop there again.
Credit card works fine, bank did NOT decline it like the website claims. They wont even take my $#*!ing money, but they'll double the items in my cart, and then try and make me verify my identity for the HOPES of being able to buy. HA not happening, suck a $#*! worst $#*!ing website ever.

Stay clear if you work hard for your money. There is literally not customer service, no phone# to call, and no manager to escalate things to. So if the seller decides to be a thief and steal your money you CAN NOT do anything about it, which is exactly what happened to me.
Back in March I ordered a special sensor from Aliexpress. Despite an understandable Covid related delay, the item arrived damaged. I contacted them and they made promises to replace it. After a lot of back and forth with them, here it is almost September and after many promises to replace the $16 sensor I have not received a replacement. They even tried to give me $4 as ‘compensation'... what a joke. I get a general feeling of dishonesty and unwillingness to fix this.
I ordered a replica of a Toy Story character "Hamm" the pig for a Toy Story collector and paid extra money for the box. The toy itself arrived but the quite flimsy box had been forced into the parcel causing it to be badly bent. Not only did it arrive bent the lid had been deliberately creased to make it fit into the package. As any collector will tell you condition is paramount when it comes to value. I sent the supplier a photo of the damaged box and asked for a replacement. The reply read "We have seen the pictures. There is no damage but bent a little. It doesn't have much influence". This was not my first time to use AliExpress but I assure you it was my last!
Seller sent me cheap products not the same as the pictures. Aliexpress asked me to send back the products to China if I want to get a refund. It's cost me more than $100 for shipping back. It wasn't my fault. Aliexpress just helping sellers to robbed innocent people. I asked them to send me prepaid labels and no one care. Good luck and I hope God will treat you well.
I don't appreciate me ordering something in October needing it for November and keep receiving an automatic email because of covid its caused delays. Know in January almost February they are saying I have received the package when i havent and am not getting a refund.
Bought two shirts both of them were the size of a toddler when they were supposed to be adult 3x. Returnef the shirts and never received a refund from either vendor. This company is just filled with thieves. Nothing on their website is worse the hassle of trying to do business with this illegitimate company. It was terrible! The item did not fit the description and the return was made impossible. Could not figure out what they wanted, spent $55 sending it back through customs only to be told I did not do it correctly and my package could not be tracked.
