Overall you can find some bangs for the buck, and they offer free shipping. But the overall experience can be improved, and their recommendation algo is not working propery to me. Once you click several similar products and the next thing you'll notice is you are flooded with those stuff in the main dash. I just seldom use them now as it seems the there are too many suppliers without careful selections and will go for e.g. shein or blidz or other shopping apps that are either self inventory or have careful selection of suppliers
Ali express cannot be contacted... I have never had response from them. I have been ripped off about 30 percent of the time. By the seller never sending the item. I have been called a liar in response to my feedback when receiving only half my order. I have had many sellers never get back to me on where is my order. Tracking numbers that don't exist. I cancelled an order the seller said they couldn't supply it. Mostly you will be asked to choose a reason which is your fault for the cancelled order as they will be penalised. One seller... reinstated my order before asking me to change the reason... I cancelled.it again and said no I won't lie... she reinstated the order again... this went on over 15days and 8 cancellations... relentless! Order at your own risk! Don't order what you can't afford to lose... because you just might!
Don't like this site at all. Ordered two dresses one came defected and unwearable, the seller did not give a $#*! about it and refuse to refund me. Escalated the dispute and Aliexpress also didn't care about my claims!.

Worst Online Shopping Company. That's the reason they don't use PayPal. Second, the customer service is horrible. Anything goes wrong. There are totally NO chance to get your money back! Or exchange! Contact customer service and they provide me prove of delivery with unknow recipient and diffent address(85miles away) but they just don't bother to go further investigation and close the case! AliExpress cheats! I bought reading glasses from them and 3 pairs was NOT what I ordered -- nobody can see thru those glasses. They refuse phone calls AND I'm very doubtful that they will show this review. I'm advertising AGAINST both AliExpress AND Alibaba which is the SAME scammers! They don't return your money either! 😡
I have around 50 orders done at AliExpress, Two orders where not 100% correct, but 80%, but these 20% of the 2 orders is nicely solved via AliExpress intervention in a fast correct way as it should be.
Up to now I am happy with AliExpress, and waiting for the next deliveries (still 9 outstanding).
Personnaly I recommend the AliExpress Standard shipping method. I prefer this one above others. The cheaper ones are not tracked and can give long delivery times > 1 or 2 Months (as mentioned on the site - so no suprise-), while AliExpress standard shipping is always delivered within ~2 weeks according my experience up to now in the Netherlands.
I received a tablet. I started it up and it said that it had the correct memory and Android version of 13. I don't know how they changed it but when tested it came back as being Android 10 not 13. Seller wanted me to accept more stuff to compensate, but because they tried to scam me I requested a refund. Seller is no longer with them so I won't bother leaving their name.
LENOVO on the other hand is still selling lots of scam memory. I ordered a supposedly 64tb solid state memory. It came in a little tin can that when hooked up was said 64tb. I couldn't get a good test to see what it really was so I opened the can and inside was a little chip with a 64gb micro SD card. AliExpress got my money back for that one but still let's LENOVO sell this stuff on its site. If buying electronics from them AliExpress please research the item before purchasing. If you buy something like a tablet and want to return it you pay for shipping and tracking. Let me do a little math. Tablet was 143 Canadian. Shipping was 45, and tracking was another 89. So my net return would have been 9 dollars. AliExpress is fun for little stupid stuff but not worth trying to return anything. I'm back with Amazon as they have always taken care of me.

Ordered "Vacuum sealing bags" as advertised by a vender. After forever they finally arrived. They were mylar No provision was made to make the bags vacuum sealable. Wanted to return them but they want me to pay about $20 to return a $38 shipment. Decided to take the loss but it isn't too likely that I will be doing any business with Aliexpress again. False advertising is my problem.
Another point - they are advertising "Atomic watches" of many kinds but nowhere can I determine that they will connect to Fort Collins timecode signal. More false advertising.
I will never order anything else from Ali, they sell knock offs and counterfeits. Slove hair is awful and there clothes are low quality and miss sized. Xiuqiang chen sold a MK reject of a wallace. Karen Li of Slove would not compensate me for the wirey hair I got from her and tang peng was selling fake Ralph Lauren shirts and had the audacity to label it in RL's name the shipping takes forever. I do not see how ALi can stay in business with all the fakes their vendors sell. I will never purchase from ali express again. Team Amazon.
I read the reviews and like most people, I had the idea to only spend what I would not care about. I ordered from three different stores, similar item, totaling less than $120. I received the first item in less than two weeks (perfect and as advertised). The second item arrived a week later (as advertised). The third item has not arrived (4 weeks and counting), but USPS says item is in the system here. I agree with the idea of checking the sellers rating.
Aliexpress is an open all-kind of things big shop. The App runs usually good to quick buys. The sellers, usually are good and amazing. The disputes resolves in almost 100%, in any case is not ok for various external or wrong shipping reasons (adouanes, carriers, wrong material shipped.). Day a day, the service is better in quick shipping to Spain. Secure transations. Recommended.
I have been trying for several months to get Aliexpress to support me in getting a refund of £90 from a fraudulent company selling on their platform but this has been impossible to make headways. Despite Aliexpress claiming that they handle disputes and promote buyers protection, there is no process to open a compaint. I have left 45 (yes fourty-five) messages with their Bot Eva but she is limited to standard responses. I wont giveup - anyone got an ideas?
There are some things that you can't find anywhere except Aliexpress.
It's usually some small things like the shoe dryers. I needed one recently and found out that I can't find one in my area.
Moreover, I couldn't find cheap and well-made shoe dryers on Amazon. That's when I realized that Aliexpress is a really great online shop.
Requested a refund after the seller told me the item was no longer available, on 8/15. Started the dispute process then. 90 days later and many messages, Aliexpress automated email tells me i must provide tracking info or my money will b released... ummm the package was never sent so how do i get that! Multiple screen shots of the seller saying yes to the refund, And still this site holds my money... and i am not the only one they hav done this too. After 30 days bank protection ends too btw so very sneaky on their part. This site is shadey but its cheap so not unexpected i guess. But i will no longer b shopping from them cause WISH and ESTY have way superior customer service and actually ship their orders.
DO not I repeat do not waste any money at the site. I gave them the benefit of the doubt first time.

Well its a hit or a miss but you should read the feedback and if you didnt receive your order open a dispute and you will get a full refund ( shipping fees included) Who needs more :D
1. There is no possibility in the basket to transfer all the products of the supplier to "favorites" (in 1 click, each item need transfer).

Seems like such a scam! I just ordered a simple item and the hoops I had to jump through to "track" the order was ridiculous! I was not able to communicate with anyone, they showed my item was delivered when it wasn't and I couldn't do anything about it. Now it shows closed and I cannot even dispute it.
