Okay so I went to buy 3 phone cases 3 days ago and I'm like okay great good deal you know? So I receive the email saying to make an account and so I did. I looked at my account to see how my order is and I couldn't track any order that it said I didn't have any orders. I never received a confirmation number. So I told customer service and not only did they not pay attention and repeated what I said my issue is but they wanted my pay proof on my credit card. They also asked me very personal questions that no customer service should ever ask. I would rate this negative billion stars if it would let me. So don't ever go on this website they are scammers and money stealers.
Item ordered, received completely different size battery. Returned, opened up dispute, been going back and forth with messages, dispute started end Jan, now 15th Feb, still no refund. Battery was returned and have proof it was, received back 7th Feb. Avoid this AliExpress like the plague. I will stick with temu, as customer services 100% good.

I ordered some hair from SIYO hair company. The seller was fast about contacting me and shipping the hair. The hair comes really quickly and it's pretty when you first get it but the hair is horrible it get knotted tangled and sheds so much do not order cause they do not give refunds

Bought a wireless mouse which didn't work. Tried everything they said to get it to work but this was a defective mouse. They would not accept that their mouse was defective. Said I was doing something wrong. After many frustrating messages sent back and forth, it is impossible to get any satisfaction from these people. And after submitting a dispute, I still got nowhere. If you want to keep your sanity, STAY WAY FROM ALIEXPRESS. You will do yourself a favor.

Till now I've orderd some cheap item's and can only say that it's all quite okay. Everything was good and whithin two weeks deliverd. I'm happy and expect to order more when things keep going on like this.
If you ordered anything from AliExpress and you received the item you have to give thanks, because if you don't just call it a lost, because they will not resend it nor refund but they will lie to you and tell you they will, and you will wait until thy kingdom come and never ever getting anything back, some of them are the biggest scammers do not waste your time and money!
Paid for merchandise that I never received! No phone number or contact info. Have been disputing charges since 11/17. They deserve a 0 rating! Terrible company! They do not care about the consumer. They care about collecting money for merchandise never sent. Ordered something for holiday 2017. They kept sending emails to me saying it would be delayed. First, 1 week, then 2. From November 2017 thru April 2018. Now they say it was delivered. I am disappointed at my credit card company(Amex/Macys) who fail to credit my account due to the lies of Aliexpess. Wheres the proof of delivery? A falsified tracking number. Terrible handling on both sides! Would you pay for something you did not receive?
Worst Site Ever! BUYER BEWARE
I ordered a part from a seller xiangjun kong. After paying the sellers requested price he promptly contacted me to ask for an additional $50 to pay his sellers fees. I refused to do so and filed a complaint with Aliexpress. Their message to him plainly states that there have been numerous complaints with him violating their regulations but his products remain listed on the site.
As if that isn't bad enough it plainly states in Aliexpress' FYI section that if you get ripped off by a seller they are not responsible and you should file a complaint with local law enforcement. There is no accountability and even less support. In every chat session I had with their support team all they ever stated was for me to relax and wait. I'm NEVER using this scam service again and as a direct result Alibaba's either. Shame I can't give negative stars.
Excellent for me who comes from a small town in Norway with limited selections of stores, now I can find whatever my heart desires at any time at affordable prices!

I had ordered a wig in which it was supposed to look just like the picture! And it looked nothing like the picture not even remotely close so I disputed the product and now I have escalated the dispute and have yet to hear back from aliexpress even though thy said that they would be in contact. The wig cost me $180! I sent back the wig which has cost me another $36.24 and the guy from Fashion Pretty Hair Kevin Liu wanted me to cancel the dispute! I said NO rrefund my money then I will do that until then I am not cancelling anything! He said he was "Losing Money" I said I have lost money! So far $180 for the wig another $25 to have it sent from vegas to bellevue, wa and then another $36.24! This site is a JOKE! Do not partake in business there unless you want to get scammed! STAY AWAY!
You would think they could correctly ship it to me. Bought a trampoline to be delivered to my home in Round Rock, Texas. The address on the order is correct. They ship it to the US, anywhere that is. They send it to a local "post office", in freakin Delaware? Tell me to go get it. Seriously, 1600 miles away. Can't get any help. They are lame.
On May 22 I ordered a hour tach from Helen YUE. The tracking number (RB*******CN) was unknown by China post. I claimed my money back several times - but nothing till today. It is impossible to contact Aliexpress by mail. The chat do not find the correct inserted order number.

Upon my request to cancel the order, the seller only extended the order processing time. I could not influence this situation in any way. Complain in this situation is impossible! You can't leave a review about the seller in this situation! As a result, I waited 40 days and finally, at the next request for closing, the order was closed.
