Easy and quick process from finding the book to purchasing the book. Each of my experiences with Alibris have been great, including the timeliness of receiving the books.
I set up my order several hours ago but I couldn't recall my password. Upon resetting my password, my entire order disappeared. As I had placed the order about 4am when it disappeared, I waited to start over again until this afternoon.

I am so excited to find this site! They have a great selection and it was cheaper than Amazon. It was a little confusing about the free shipping option since I qualified but it showed shipping costs in my order. I contacted costumer service though and they told me it would show free shipping on the last stage of ordering, which it did.
Other sites were harder to navigate. This site charged more but was easier and clearer. The proof now will be in the shipping and receipt and condition of the book
