Wrong billing address. Won't let me delete old billing address. Won't save the updated billing address. Finally had to add new billing address but no options in the account settings only at time of checkout.

Second attempt to buy this book. Dec order never delivered. That seller claimed it was returned by USPS in damaged condition, but only after I wrote them directly weeks later:(

Needed to reset password. In the two minutes it took, all the books in my shopping cart were lost. Re-ordered again, but the Hardcover edition of one book was no longer availabile. Gone in two minutes!? Very hard to believe.
I wish I could have created an account up front. As it was, I got to the final checkout screen and decided to add another item. Before I could get back to checkout, I had to enter my email address and credit card a second time. Other than that, it was a great experience.
I had trouble finding a couple of books I was looking for but they are out of print everywhere.
Shopping experience & options were excellent. However, I needed to update both my shipping and payment addresses as I have moved. This was awkward to do, and took me a couple of tries to complete. There was no option delete old addresses, so I will have to be careful when ordering books in the future.
