I love that you gather books selections from many dealers, giving me more to choose from, but I hate that every time I stepped away from shopping, my items were dropped from my cart, and I had to start all over. There's a lot to look at, I couldn't do it all in one sitting. Also, I was surprised that books shipped from the same vendor were all charged the full shipping cost. And you have lots of books that did not have cover photos yet; I was able to look them up on other sites, which was a diversion I shouldn't have had to resort to; I actually deleted a couple of books that I found on your site, because I found them cheaper by looking for their cover photos. When I tried to search for one of the books on a forbidden topic, it didn't come up. I had to go to bookfinder.com to get the link to it on your webpage. I hope this wasn't some form of censorship. If anything like this happens again, i'll dump you like a hot potato.
