I continue to find Alibris an irritating experience, much rather use Amazon as far as quickness and finding books. Use Alibris at times because I can eventually find certain books at less cost with coupons & savings feature. But it takes more time than I normally want to spend and find I need to redo the process to often.

One suggestion (which may be a bit hard): Adding a sort by seller name would be great. Easier to consolidate purchases with a single seller.

How can you lure! A good customer with a 15.00 coupon that "Expires" TONIGHT. And then when I check out... you don't have any where to redeem or claim! This 15.00 $ coupon. This is what the issue is. Don't dangle a carrot if there's no carrot to be had.

I wish the default shipping address was mine, the "owner" of this account. It always defaults to the last person I sent a book too, but I don't notice it, and then I have to ask them to send the book to me. Why can't it default back to me? That's how Amazon works...
