As a new guest without an account, when I put an item in a cart, the website holds the item in the cart for 12 hours. I presume this is so no one else can simultaneously purchase the product while I shop. By the time I was ready to check out, the page (presumably) timed out and I had to refresh. Upon refreshing the page, my item was no longer in the cart and no longer available for purchase. I waited 12 hours and returned to the site to purchase the item once the "hold time" had ended and finished my shopping in a timely manner.
I was offered a $15.00 credit by email TODAY but all attempts to obtain the coupon # are disabled. Isnt that bait and switch
